The Sunday chicken dinner is AWESOME. You can't beat the price! Half of boasted chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, a vegetable and a roll. All for under $10.00! This is our new go to place on Sundays.

I still dream about that walleye sandwich I got at The Galley back in 2011 when visiting from Cincinnati. We plan on visiting for lunch on 5/20/2022 again, can't wait!

We had my inlaws down for some fish. It was fantastic with German potato salad "hot" my wife's burger was delicious. Could tell it was all homemade and this was important to us!Having recently moved to Manitowoc from southeast Wisconsin we really hadn't found a bad meal in the area. On a side note the service at the galley was hands on great! We will be back.

I truly don’t know how this Buisness is still in operation, I don’t know how anyone who’s been here could possible return. Food is absolutely awful, even the sofa was bad. Soda! I’m not joking- there was more Syrup in the soda than there was on their pancakes. The cheesey omelets cheese was two Kraft single slices sitting cold ontop of the omlet. ? someone do TR a favor and burn that monstrosity down.

Stopped in for breakfast over the weekend. The hollandaise on my eggs benedict was great, the crab was somehow rock hard. Part of my husband's order was forgotten, but we didn't get charged for it, so oh well.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!Our Waitress was kind and she is the only reason ( and the fact that I can’t) that I’m not giving this horrible place ZERO Stars!! My Double Bacon Cheese Burger ( at least that’s what the menu called it….Actually it was two charcoal briquettes it was burnt so badly ) was cold. The burger with it’s side of onion rings was $13. It came with NO CONDIMENTS!! The Stupid thing didn’t even have a pickle slice!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I’ve had FAR BETTER FOOD AT KWIK TRIP!!!Fire the Greasy, hygienically challenged underaged cook and issue a public apology.To serve another human being what they obviously knew to be kitchen disposal fodder is both uncaring and malicious.It was lazy.It was hurtful.It was insulting.Using large amounts of tap water I managed to get it down …because we can’t afford to pay for food and not eat it. (We were actually celebrating a few days off.). :(Unless you make RADICAL changes you DESERVE to go OUT OF BUSINESS!!But as I said, the poor waitress was sweet and looked ashamed to work there.I wish her well.

Service was terrific. That being said, the food was horrible. Belgium waffle was 2 squares, chewy like rubber. Bacon was nasty. Husband had eggs Benedict, it was slop. Eggs were runny, cheese sauce not hollandaise and just ick.We won't be back.

Closest to home cooking we've ever had at a restaurant. Beer battered fried walleye classic, Broasted chicken dinner, burgers and sandwiches. Breakfast ALL day! Server was delightful! Cook even came out to clarify an order. If you like the cosy feeling from throw back nautical decor and getting treated to a good comforting meal and a scratch made dessert this is your happy place.
