I'm giving 2 stars because the waitress was nice! I should have known this wasn't gonna be good when there was only 2 other people in the place at noon! Hamburger RAW, prime rib sandwich was like beef jerky.

Stopped in this evening for a quick bite, was terribly wrong.Had a 20 minute wait, we got seated, ordered our drinks and apps.Mind you, they're was about 6-8 tables, with two active waitresses. So I wasn't expecting expedient food...but...Drinks were a good 15 mins to get, 3 sodas and a cocktail.Apps ordered 2, one took about 45 minutes to get than another came out randomly 15 minutes after that. Ordered our meal, which was almost a good hour to get. Food was average.The thing that bothered me was two 2 serves running their butts off while I watched 2 other employees sit at a corner booth, carrying kids behind the bar while pouring drinks as well as not assisting the very busy waitresses. One was clearly a bartender there and she just sat in the corner and watched my poor server make drinks.I work in the service industry, I get we're short staffed and burnt out, but at the end of the day, shut the doors instead of providing god awful service.**Shout out to our server Carlos though, he's definitely a good egg. Keep up the good work!

Ordered Steak n shrimp..perfection. I always share my food with my kids. There was never a day where they finished kids meal. You can eat out and still budget right..no sweet drinks, alcohol or coffee:)

We waited about 6 minutes to be seated; there were only two other tables with patrons and now one at the bar. No employees up front for those 6 minutes that we waited. Finally got seated, and we were rushed to put in our order. It was only 5:30, so it wasn’t like they were close to closing or busy. We put in our orders (myself and a child) and when they came out the child’s order was completely wrong. They ordered chicken tenders with fries, and yogurt with strawberries. Blue raspberry lemonade and water to drink. They brought out chicken tenders and broccoli. I told the waiter the order was wrong, and they told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait on fries. We waited, and they brought out a giant dinner plate of French fries for a child. I was shocked by the size of the serving, but was at least happy they fixed the mistake. However, not once were our waters refilled. The staff was hardly on the floor, so you couldn’t even ask for something if you wanted to

This is the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to. Not because of the food… or location.. or even the employees… it’s because of the LACK of employees… the bar is never open because they “don’t have a bartender” Friday and Saturday nights they only have 1 waitress.. and can only seat 6-7 parties.. there is always a huge wait.. no one wants to work here either because the pay is too low and the management is awful. I don’t even know why this location is still open.

The manager was amazing. More then accommodating. She made my daughters first birthday dinner amazing. Best service I’ve had.Kid-friendliness: Was so accommodating to my 1 year old. Was amazing

God awful customer service, screwed up our to go order, had to go back to pick up the correct food, then was offered $20 off and was told the coupon was in the bag. when leaving the parking lot my wife said there was no coupon in bag, went back in to ask about the coupon and the person in charge then informed me I will need to tell the mgr on duty the next time I come in that I have a credit and to look it up in the office! They can't even get my order right, why would I trust them to be competent enough to handle this! I told her I don't want the credit and I will NEVER order from applebee's in Marinette or most likely any applebee's ever again.

We had Lunch here in Marinette, they seriously need more help. They only had 1 Hostess, 1 Waitress, and no bartender, the food took a very long time to get to us,,and it wasn't good at all. While I felt sorry for the only Waitress as she was literally doing it all! Which is probably why it took so long for everything. Took 30 minutes to get our ticket to pay for our lunch. We like Applebee's, but not this one at this time. Makes me sad they can't find help.

I wish they would accept to go orders more often this is one of the few restaurants my wife can eat at but with our pups we can't eat in the restaurant maybe 25% of the time I can call and place a to go order other times they aren't accepting them really stinks because the food is actually pretty
On Sunday, January 15th we tried to go to Applebee's to eat. When we got there, they only had 2 tables eating. In front of us was an elderly couple waiting to be seated and then a woman with two children. The elderly couple said they were already waiting for 10 minutes at the hostess station. No one working seemed to be anywhere. We waited for 5 minutes and then left.

Open but no service. No one acknowledged us when we entered. We waited about 10 minutes. The people ahead of us left. Not busy. We observed a few guests seated but waiting to place their orders. We left. Too bad, Applebees was so good years past. Once good service and good food... now you won't get either.

We like this place. They are very short staffed at the moment. So there is raw talent. But the staff that is there is very nice and attentive to everything we asked for. Food was good.

Worst Applebee's I've ever been to (and I usually like Applebee's). It should have been our clue that it was almost empty at 6pm on a Saturday. Despite being one of only about four tables occupied, it took forever to take our order. Took forever to get our food. Our drinks seemed like they had no alcohol in them. When I got up to try to see what might be taking so long since we hadn't seen our waiter in a while, we was standing behind the bar playing on his phone. Our food was not terrible but we all ordered items we have had previously and they were substantially worse than previous times we have had them. I like Applebee's but skip this one.
