I went to the marinette burger king for lunch and had a horrible experience, when I got done ordering my food and paid, the man stood there with my change and said i don’t have any change, i said what do you mean and i looked over the counter to see they were out of coins in their till, we stood there for a good 3 minutes before he went to what looked like a manager and she said i can’t do anything about it. i said it’s okay and he slowly handed me the rest of my cash and i went on, my order got handed out to the wrong person 2 times and i didn’t get my full order for 30 minutes. i’m very disappointed with how my experience turned out and I won’t be going back.

Stopped in for dinner one evening while visiting on a business trip. The sign taped to the drive-in menu: "sorry, we're out of lettuce." Well, that's not good. But I was tired and ordered anyway. A Whopper meal with onion rings and a coke. The sandwich wasn't especially hot - maybe warm. No lettuce, but the mayo was the consistency of cream, and ran out all over the place when the sandwich was picked up. Nice. The rings were hot, but there was no offer of sauce that makes the experience a little better. And the coke was a small one - they might have offered a little extra here, based on the "no lettuce" situation. They were across the street from my hotel, so it was convenient. I'll drive a little farther next time.

SUCKS! receipt has my correct order my whopper is marked on outside correctly yet the damn sandwhich has everything one it! can no one do their jobs don't mark you made special sandwhich and now I have to toss the crap you suck

I came in earlier today with my daughter we got helped right away by this really tall cashier with black hair he was definitely supper friendly and even made me smile after a long day at work which is amazing compared to other fast food restaurants we have been to.The food was kind of cold but other than that it was a amazing experience will definitely come again!

My large onion ring wasn’t even half full. I would have received more in a small and paid for a large. Large fry was only half full also. Why offer larges if you’re not going to give the customer the food?

Was treated very very poorly by a young male crew member named Avery I was never served and given the excuse they were busy when they had at least 8 employees behind counter nobody else but me waiting to be served at the counter and like 2 vehicles in drive thru the boy argued with me and a young lady employee told me I was yelling st an employee the boy Avery told her to shut up I said you are a very rude little boy and do not belong in customer service I mentioned calling to report his behavior and he got mad telling me not to play with him when it comes to his employment the manager stood there said and did nothing to stop the young man or to rectify the problem the manager just stood and let it all happen until I left I was never served and was only there to claim a reward sandwich and I won on the quarter game in store and never got my free food from the app or the game I received zero service standing st counter for over 10 minutes then argued with because I asked when I was going to be served and treated like crap when I told him they are not.so busy they cannot tend to 1 customer with all the on duty employees iam very displeased with the treatment and lack there of management he does not belong managing if he cannot do anything to shut an employee down from arguing with. A customer MARINETTE WI BURGER KING TODAY AT 530pm boy still on duty
