So, normally I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and I just had to share it so no one else received the same. I had ordered Door Dash one night to get a Prime Rib salad, a fairly expensive meal for the night but I didn't really feel up to leaving the house. When the salad arrived, there was only Prime Rib, Meat, and Lettuce on it (Along with the bread that I ordered). When I called, they didn't offer to replace it, only for me to either come and pick up the ingredients that were missing (The mushrooms and onions, which might not sound like much, but when you order a 17 dollar salad, every veggie counts), or I could get a gift card. I decided to go with the gift card option and waited for a week, but no gift card came. When I called in, the manager on the line, who sounded a bit irritated, explained that they did not do gift cards and they should have replaced it then and there. When I explained that they didn't offer that, she said she would "Talk to them" and then see about getting me a certificate, but not to expect it to be for the full salad that I paid for since I still got "40% of the salad". I explained that I might have gotten that much salad, but when paying that much, I expect to have the whole salad. It's been another week and still no gift card. It sucks because I really used to love eating at Railhouse, but if they can't help me with something as simple as a botched order, then I probably won't eat here anymore. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. (I will also note, I was extremely cordial during all of this. I hate confrontation, and I was polite as I could be due to the circumstances, so the fact that they couldnt' help me really bummed me out)

The portion sizes are a welcome change and the prices are fantastic! The servers are all extremely nice. The deep dish pizza was great but after our appetizer and soup we could barely touch our main meal. My advice if you’re looking to feed a family of 4 come here and you’ll have a wonderful time!

We went on Friday for the fish. It was clear that the servers were understaffed, so I will give them credit for working so hard. The quality of the food is a different story. We both had the perch plate, which is a staple of any restaurant in Wisconsin on a Friday. The fillets were overcooked and rubbery. My plate had three more pieces than my wife's. The fries I ordered were overcooked on the outside, and cold in the center. The cole slaw was watery and had no taste. We were seated in a room adjacent to the host desk, and it looked as though the carpeting hasn't been cleaned since the place was built. You could see a pattern and color underneath the table, but everything else was black. I have eaten here before and had better quality food, but this experience was beyond bad.

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. They were slammed because there was a very large party that took up multiple tables.Once the large group left the servers were definitely catching up. It wasn't bad service, just average and I give them a break because of the big group.The beer was not our favorite. We tried a flight and we didn't order anything we tried. It just wasn't for us. Other drinks were fine.The food was great! We enjoyed the salad served on pizza bread, the French dip, and the Sierra Turkey Pannini (spicy). All the sandwiches were on fresh bread and toasted well. The turkey was not overly smoked and tasty. I very much enjoyed the sprinkle of spice to kick up the sandwich. The French dip was served warm with good bread and dip. We both enjoyed the onion ring side.

Ate there Friday night, Prime Rib was tough. Steak and bean soup too much cayenne pepper. Waitress was the best part of experience, alway checking on us. Oh, there is a 3% upcharge when using debit card which is same as cash. The resturants down the street don't charge extra. It's a way to get more profits.

Worst service I ever had in my entire life. The waitress dana was so disrespectful and treated us awful. We started taking our our and in the middle of taking our order, she rolled her eyes at us and stormed away. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else because of how she treated us.
Not only was the service the worst we have ever had, this was hands down the worst food we have ever eaten. We drove home praying that we did not get sick. I ordered a burrito, my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. When they finally arrived,, it was hard to say what they actually were. I have never met a burrito I did not like,, well,, I don't even know what this mess was? The waitress very angry about something, we think,, or maybe she is always this way. With these few details above mentioned, story was much worse. I suggest you do not go to this place...
