My wife and I were just going to settle for Subway last nite, but we decided to go to Maria's instead. I usually get something with chorizo, but I decided to try something different. I ordered the Fajitas Costenos, and I am SO happy I did. The seafood was cooked to perfection! The squid, octopus, crab, and mussels were tender and flavorful. And there was so much on the plate. It also came with rice and beans as well as a salad. I now have a new favorite at Maria's!
So amazing what the owner has done with this space. The food is fantastic, the art is so vibrant and warm, and the service was great. If you've tried their food truck, you've only gotten a small taste of the amazing flavors available at their restaurant locations...so glad we stopped in. Even the kids were happy!

I've eaten chimichangas for years, from across the country. The shredded beef chimichanga I had here was, by far, the best one I've ever had. The flavor of the fried tortilla and the chuck roast like shredded beef and cheese filling was outstanding and unique.
