Came in half hour before closing (was told their posted time wasn't correct and they closed sooner) with the family and kids. Talked about what flavor of ice cream to get only to find out they closed the ice cream station early when we asked for a sample for one of the kids... website says they're open to 10 but sales associate said they close at 9. Seems like bad customer service for a company to do this to customers.

In town on business, Ordered a couple items at around 8:45 pm off of Doordash and at 9:05 pm the dasher called and advised that the store was closed even though it's listed as a 10pm close time. Usually this wouldn't have bothered me but my card was charged for the purchase. I filed a dispute and will follow up with a update.

Ordered a banana split online. When we got the delivery there was a note inside saying we do not have bananas here. $5 gift card for Dunkin Donuts. The gift card expired in 2018. Will never order here again.

First time there, and we ordered 3 sundaes and not a single one had all the toppings available. They were out of a bunch of the topping. The girl was nice but didn't tell us they were out of toppings until after they were made. We paid full price for an incomplete product.

I absolutely love Baskin-Robbins... I'm From Illinois and I grew up with them from 1970 but...this Baskin-Robbins is terrible. They never have the ice cream I want when I get here. They carry it but they're always out and they haven't gotten it in in a while according to the worker I asked the drive-thru. So...I asked for regular chocolate ice cream for my sundae and they didn't have that either.... So I ended up going with just plain vanilla. When we got our Sundae's the chocolate was hard and clumped on one side on my sundae and for boyfriend sundae his hot fudge was stuck to Just his spoon. I asked if they offer coupons to people when they don't have what they order and the girl told me... No they don't do that. I felt like they should have been able to offer something as many times as we've been here and they never have the ice cream in stock that we want.

Riz did a WONDERFUL job on the ice cream cake I picked up! The flavor was amazing and so much better than DQ (because there is actual cake inside!) I highly recommend any cakes done by Riz! I would like to point out that the customer service was not the greatest when I went to go pick it up, but that was the only “flaw” of the whole experience.

I saw a layered sundae on the door dash app for this location but decided to go to the drive thru instead so I ordered an Oreo layered sundae and I knew immediately the guy working didn’t know what I was talking about. Instead of asking, he just gave me a scoop of Oreo ice cream. I didn’t say anything in thinking I saw it wrong on door dash but if you’re going to work somewhere you need to know the menu.

I really appreciate that the employees are working hard. They patiently read off the 22 flavors for my kids and were so helpful with our order. My kids loved their sundaes.
