The last three times that I’ve stopped here they’ve had NO Original dark chicken. Tonight they didn’t have ANY Original OR Extra Crispy at all!!! No dark or white. Seriously??? How can a KFC have no chicken???

Ordered multiple sandwiches, all super dry because they're super super stingy with the sauce. Like each sandwich got a comically small amount. Wasn't any point in ordering a spicy vs an original.

No lights on outside. Drive thru menu not lit up. Closed early on Monday night.im giving food a 5 because I have never been let down on taste. I changed this because I asked for a small mashed potatoes and butter. I receiveda bowl of gravy, no silverware, no potatoes and no butter. Ugh. Could have been a better rating but with no lights would have passed hy had I not seen open til 7pm. Had to wait 11 minkinutes for biscuits which was fine but considering it is the dinner hour would exphourfood ready to go.Parking: Parking lot was dark as no lights on except for the inside lights

I put in an online order a few days in advance for a large order for pickup right before the lunch rush on a Friday (4 buckets of chicken, 32 chicken strips, sides, fries, etc.). Everything was done right on time perfectly at the pickup time. The staff/management were extremely friendly and even made additional accommodations for extra plates, etc. They did a great job. Thanks!

If I could give a 0 I would. We drove over a half hr to get kfc and when we arrived at 6pm we're told it was to late to make more chicken! Horrible customer service!

They refuse to make more chicken. It literally was 7:30 when I called. They do not have anymore chicken other than tenders and maybe a couple crispy pieces.It is literally time to shut the doors. Absolutely horrible business...Why try to get their food?!?! My mom wants KFC shes from another state where KFC was good.I am convinced that Marshfield Wisconsin is the worst place for dining except for the Kitchen Table. That is all.Previously my review:The food keeps tasting burnt. It looks burnt. They either are setting the fryer too high or the oil is not being changed.

So, awesome story here. Since I had burnt food which I was told was not burnt JUST the oil was older. I started asking before buying.Now as of last week on Thursday they had not changed the oil in over a week.Now the managers used to say WHEN the oil was fresh that way Im not complaining.Today I called and spoke to the shift Manager.... and he says it looks good. I didn't ask that when is the last time it was changed?I am going to call Point, Madison, Wausau, Greenbay, then Im going to call the Ohio and the Tennessee locations that I know. Im going to ask them the protocol.So either one of two things is happening ALL of the KFCS stopped changing oil frequently OR it is just Marshfield Wisconsins location.My next step is to report them to the BBB and health ordinance. Stating: your chicken is NOT burnt the oil is just older is unacceptable.Whoever owns this local KFC needs to turn in his licensing and this KFC needs to close down if this is the attitude of which they are running this business.Furniture may be different than food but customer service is the same. As a person whose father owned several furniture businesses at one time and I personally ran two of them as a teen to young adult... I literally can vouch that you answer honestly and directly and not go around in circles.I asked when the oil was changed not how it looks. It looks good. Its not down to the line that we toss it. That doesn't answer my question. When was the oil changed? The oil looks good. Seriously? Mmmk. Here I am.
