It was the worst Starbucks I have been to. It was slow and still took 30 minutes to get two cold brews. It was as if no one was trained properly. We waited patiently for our two coffees but were disappointed. Our cold brews were aweful. This store crew needs to be trained properly. The store in itself was very clean though. It was just bad service.

Walked in to get a coffee because the drive thru line was long. 4 girls working so they are understaffed. One person making drinks. Waited close to 15 minutes inside for my drink. Not the workers’ faults it makes the place look poorly managed.

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they messed up my drink twice. I got a caramel frap that had barely any coffee and a white mocha. Had to go back after we realized the white mocha was a mocha, simple mistake. Got it remade and was happy. Tasted it and it was basically hot milk, there was maybe one shot in it. I really wanted to give em a break but they weren't busy and I genuinely think they just weren't trained well

Please just explain how you run out of cold brew at 9:30?? And I know they aren’t that busy because there is a much better coffee shop right down the road. Never going here again you get more creamer than coffee. This isn’t a Starbucks it’s a marshfield Wisconsin Starbucks issue. Be better!

Really disappointed waited 25 min for a drink that was not a cold brew it looks like a latte. I told them it looked too light and they came back to me with the same thing.
