Placed an online order. Waited. And waited...as everyone else's sub was made that walked up. 20 minutes late. One person working by themselves when everything else is closed. Why even have online ordering? Ended up having to wait in line after waiting to be told he's very busy. Not the single employees fault. Lack of management planning and training.

Upcharge without saying it's an upcharge, not preparing sandwich as ordered and incorrect change, shorted me. Shamed for asking for the correct change. Owner/manager has gloves on but while making a sandwich he runs over to the register, touches a bunch of things, then returns to making the sandwich without changing gloves! Not returning.

Guy who worked there told me I can't make my sandwich how I want it and that Subway doesn't let you make it your way anymore! If I'm buying a Sandwich I should be able to decide how I want it made. He was also making very unprofessional comments about how customers don't know what they are doing and are ruining their sandwiches. He refused to make my sandwich how I wanted it and barely put any toppings on my sub saying I will ruin my sandwich. If I'm paying for my food I should be able to determine what I want. Ridiculous and I always have issues with this guy whenever I go there. Would highly NOT recommend unless something is changed!

Fella running it made everything by the book and scowled at us if we wanted it any other way. I will not be coming back

The manager paul is absolutely amazing he knows my usual great guy to talk to very nice man with excellent customer service! I love going to that specific subway when I'm there several times a week for treatments. He truly is a valuable asset to the store!

I've been going to SJH subway for the past four years. I have met good, new, and lazy/ don't care workers here. I give it three due to this. Some good and some bad. Today I met a worker who tried to make/offer me what he wanted to sell me. He tried being funny/sarcastic towards me wail making my sub. Ignored my remark wail making my sandwich of just "One line of" and instead put four-five lines of dressing. Three stars for some good and some bad.

If I could I would give it a zero first off the chubby guy with the curly hair didn't give me the correct portion the middle of my sandwich had no chicken it made my sandwich so gross when folding my sandwich he put his in between my sandwich all of my dressing was on his gloves I spoke to an asst Manager Robin who seemed to not care didn't offer to remake my sandwich didn't apologize I'll never eat there again

To start with the positive: the staff is pleasant and personable. Refills cost money but they donate to children's hospital. Negative: Slow service. Often times you can be the only one in line and you're waiting for somebody to come out from the back. There is one worker there that barely puts any veggies on your subs. You may get 2 slices of green peppers and 4 spinach leaves. The cost has gotten so expensive, but it's your only choice of food in the hospital after the cafeteria closes. Also, working in healthcare, my biggest pet peeve is the staff will put on gloves, touch the meat, bread, the touch the microwave, then clean up the area ALL with the same PAIR of gloves on! Not sanitary at all! There is no seating. Just a quick stop for a sandwich and you're off!
