Accidentally placed an order for pickup at this location instead of the Todd Drive location. I called up and asked if it was possible to cancel my order because I had made an error. The staff was super friendly and helpful and offered to cancel and refund my order right away. Amazing service and so nice of them to accommodate my mistake!

Been coming to this Culver’s my whole life and it’s always been the best. Now there’s punk teenagers running the place and they can never get anything right, or care to correct the issue. Ordered a turtle sundae and received vanilla ice cream… asked for the rest of the toppings and received a dash of the required ingredients topped with attitude. This Culver’s is trash now, and I’ve had countless of bad experiences here. Done coming to this location.

15 tables thru out the restaurant were dirty, and food on the seats. I asked for my table to be washed and know came to clean my table. Sanitation should be part of the business to keep people healthy. Don't eat inside! Take it to go instead.

50 min, and we never got our food.Went through drive-through and waited. After 30 min of watching everyone leave with food, I went in to find out the status of my order. They gave me a bag from the counter. When I got back to my vehicle, I realized it wasn't mine. Went back in and waited in line again for them to offer me that food. I declined and asked for what I ordered. After 5 minutes of them looking around and not being able to find my order, I asked for a refund. 15 minutes later, I was finally refunded and left with no food. All they said was, " this is not your fault. "...Would recommend not pulling to one of the waiting spots because I am sure the car next to us had the same issue.I also watched them drop someone's food in the parking lot, lots of time to people watch, pick it up, and give it to someone.Parking: Don't pull out of line to side stalls unless you don't want your food.

Ordered a Wisconsin Swiss Melt, double basket. Noticed my sandwich had a bun, not rye bread but thought it was simple mistake. 2nd bite the flavor was way off and was disgusting. Took the bun off and realized I actually got a Mushroom & Swiss burger. I can't stand the taste of mushrooms, so ended up throwing the whole sandwich in the trash. At least the onion rings I got were good.

We've been visiting this Culver's for about 16 years and, while it's still a standard for us, unfortunately the service continues to deteriorate. Almost every other visit now at least one item is wrong or missing (we can't just count items - we have to open and inspect each one before leaving), and lately when I go back to correct the order I hardly even get an apology. The people are still very nice, but service is very much going in the wrong direction.

Let me tell you a tale…“Once upon a time there was a little place called Culver’s! Me and my friends go there to play MTG quite a lot! The people who work there always have a positive mindset, and are very fun to interact with! The food is obviously amazing. But let me tell you about that atmosphere! I kid you not, I would not play with my friends anywhere else because of the complete feeling of warmth that this place brings me. I mean come on people… DIS PLACE IS WHERE IT AT!Kid-friendliness: Let me tell you, these people hold almost all of the joy kids want, and they give it to them with pride.
