I order from here just about every week and deliveries are always fast, even in the middle of dinner rush. Product is consistently great. Tonight it was absolutely perfect. As a former GM at a different pizza chain, I gotta give this crew two ????

What is this??? I asked for it well done not burnt and not edible! Told manager “ John” I’m willing to bring it back and still was told no thank I wouldn’t get a refund or a remake … Oregon pizza hut would never, and that’s why we rather drive the extra 15 minutes for the 1000 % better service and food.

Ordered a pizza and wings online from the website. First off I am not impressed with just presuming that I should give a tip for placing an online order for pick up. Either way I included a small tip even though I felt I shouldn’t have. The pizza was a complete soggy sloppy mess. When I picked up a piece it just flopped straight down and the toppings all ran off back into the box. Oh well at least I ordered a 8 piece boneless wings but apparently they can’t count because they only gave me 7. Maybe they can use the tip to help pay for night school so the employees can learn how to count and cook!

I wish I could do no stars. It was he'll my husband came up there and something was going on the called the cops and kicked everyone out as we paid 120 dollars I believe I called up there and the said after my food sat out for a hour I could pick up they where upset when I asked for Fresh food. The nightmanager was so rude it was unreal. After I come get the food my husband tell me it's noto feed the kit's because everyone was so upset I will be Corporate! They lost a great Customer because never again

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut for going on 15 years and never had a problem, always great service.I ordered a New Yorker pizza with extra cheese and three toppings. Tried taking a piece out after it arrived and it was the consistency of soup with a crust surrounding it. Absolutely disgusting, I couldn’t even eat it with a fork, it just fell apart.So I called Pizza Hut and spoke with the MOD, I believe his name was Stephen? Could be wrong, something like that. Anyway, I tried explaining what happened and he just came at me with the most aggressive tone, saying he made the pizza himself, and it was perfect! I was blown away, and told him I’m a long time customer and I could not believe he was talking to me like this. I was unsatisfied with the product, and was calling to talk about possible solutions, he, still in a very angry tone asked what I wanted and I said at this point, just a refund.He went on to inform me that he can only remake the pizza or issue a credit, I took the credit, I was done with this kid. Called today to give them another chance and use the credit? Nothing, never issued it to my account….. this is how you spend good money on marketing and terrible customer service destroys a loyal customer. I will NEVER eat at Pizza Hut again. Read all the 1 star reviews for this location in the last couple years. I have no idea who owns this business, but McFarland is a small town and you guys are going out of your way to ruin your reputation.Good luck! And thanks for the great pizza over the years!
