“We have always loved the beer at lionstail. They now have in-house pizza, which is yummy. The staff has definitely gone down hill. We have been going since they opened and never had unfriendly service. Tonight was different. We had a giftcard we just got this past January. It was slightly bent. The bartender couldn’t get it to work and told us to go to Wauwatosa to use it instead. In the plus side the owners are still great and have said they will replace the giftcard for us.“
“stopped by this new brewery in Richfield (which took over the winery previously there). a small local place, but filled with a bunch of unique beers & seltzers. I've never seen this before but they actually brew a flavorless seltzer & add flavorings in (much like you would to a coffee) -- super cool! I had a cream soda one which was great. bar also has a bunch of games available, which we happily used while enjoying our drinks.“
“You could almost miss this place from the street side, but Gathering Place-Tosa is a chill taproom with a large outdoor patio in the back. Their beers are cheap, with a half pour for $3 or a full pour for $6. The bar tender was helpful in describing a few beers to me. They don't have food here, but Maggio's is right next door. You can order pizza from them and bring it over which is a great option! They also have a ton of boardgames in the back.“
“Dale the owner and master Brewer is one-of-a-kind. We usually go there on Tuesday nights to join us. Something always seems to be exciting and the beer is always exceptional. And the bartender is the best he should marry your daughter. Just to reach out and thank you Dale for the nice hat and bourbon even though you guys are drinking tequila.“
“Love a graduation party at a brewery!! I am not a big beer person but the blood orange ale at Big Head Brewing was my phenomenal. Super light and sweet with a little tang- perfect for a hot day with a 6 UV! The big open garage was perfect for a party with bags, hammershougen, and darts! The bartender was so sweet too and catered to everyone at the party with ease! Would recommend stopping by when you're in Tosa:)“
“Had the BEST cheese curds here recently! I came in with some Chicago friends and our server, Annie recommended all things WI to give them the full experience, she was great and we will definitely be back to try more of her suggestions. We also tried the IPA flight which was 10/10.“
“This is my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was good. The service was great. It is a new restaurant for this area. So I knew it was going to be crowded. We arrived around 4:30 PM. The atmosphere is a lot like champs restaurant in Brookfield. If you don't like restaurants with a loud atmosphere, then this is not the place for you. The service was great. The food was good. I had their slow roasted bone- in original sauce, chicken wings as an appetizer. I loved it! I also had their clam chowder. It was interesting because they don't have chunks of potato in the soup. it is puréed. So I like it better because I don't really do well with too much cream. For the entrée, I had their tri-tip sirloin wedge salad, which was also good, but the bacon was not great on it. Overall for the price I was satisfied, probably won't go back during dinner hour, just because it's so loud in there. I apologize for the bad food pictures, I kind of ate some before I remember I need to take a picture.“
“Our 1st visit was for trivia night and we really liked it! My husband got the burger bowl and he loved it. I am very intrigued about the concept of "the burger bowl" and I love it myself. I'll be ordering one in my next visit. I ordered the sliders and they were tiny and tasty, just perfect! The bar was generous with my party and the staff was very attentive, which makes of this bar in Menomonee Falls, a great place to check out.“
