Update!!!! After returning home to heat the food we found that the chips were completely stale and seemed someone dropped a salt shaker in the bag. The cheese i had to go back for is very grainy feeling like when you burn cheese. I feel bad since chipotle is good but this location needs some serious work. I'd give zero stars if I could, ordered food just to get home and see I had no queso for my chips and queso, and chip bag wad maybe a 1/8 full. I ordered a large, I asked about chips and they says all the bags are the same. So if you wnat that order a small, prly get the same thing.

The few times I have ordered online my order has been wrong and/or sloppy. This last time I ordered a simple chicken bowl with guac, corn and cheese. I ended up getting a bowl with the works, a cheese quesadilla, and rice. I’m not sure how the service can be so terrible. The side of the bag clearly said my name, pick up time and order. Never ordering from here again.

Poor quality food lately, dry, tough meats, bad lettuce, no flavor with rice. Rude service. You have to keep asking for more lettuce for a salad then they have no salad dressing. Would like to know that before ordering a salad. This place has really went down hill!!! Servers act annoyed like you are bothering them. No good.

I've been here plenty of times, but this particular time, Chipotle was off. Most of the time, the food is good, not so much my last visit. The freshness just wasn't there! Stell chips, bad rice, and Luke warm ingredients...Maybe it was a bad day!

I've never ordered a veggie bowl with rice peppers and corn and the corn was ICE COLD LITERALLY HAD ICE IN IT..I went back in and was told " our wells are really cold " as if they are aware of the issue and Still they don't correct it ..I'm completely turned off .. how are you putting hot food in a bowl and top it with ice cubes it makes no sense .

Every time I come here the pricing of my veggie bowl changes it’s super annoying one minute I’m getting charged $9 and some change and the next min it’s $12 …. Customer service is awful nobody has a smile on their face everyone seems to have an attitude smh this is my fav location to go to but the treatment they give I will not tolerate that . When ordering they’re really stingy on topping and give 1 scoop of rice and don’t even at least to try to fill the Bowl smh #Dobetter .
