Employees don’t listen I specifically said I want in my sandwich Cut in half and it wasn’t done and it was clearly on a ticket and still wasn’t done. Employees walking around hair nappy not combing uniforms dirty lack of professionalism. Employees on cells phones with gloves on . Sandwich was good but service was terrible

So we order subs from Cousins @ Pilgram and Silver Spring. Cousins Italian Specials. You know, a sub. What we get is dry bread with meat and cheese. No lettuce. No onions. No tomatoes. No dressing or seasonings. When the missing items were brought to their attention thier response was "That's the way the online app told us to make it. We don't control the online app." No offer to remake the subs or refund the purchase.
