Lets start off with the employees. I walk in, I hear the employees talking and laughing with each other. That is an amazing sight to see. Employees enjoying their job. A young man took my order, Ben, super friendly and a smile that put me at ease. I am allergic to gluten and asked for his recommendation, to which he said the chicken parm with grilled chicken because the penna is already gluten free. I ordered that and it was fantastic. It was hot, full of flavor and just tasted fresh. Ben made sure to read back my order and ensure I had everything I wanted. This location has had its ups and downs but it looks like the management team is doing everything it can to make sure it is going in the right direction. Food (2 items) visibly sat on the staging area for over 15 minutes. Staff looked half asleep and depressed as hell. Save your 20$ and eat somewhere else. Gordan Ramsey likely wouldn't be able to save this place.

Every time I order from here I ask for extra zucchini. For some reason it's never cooked all the way through. It's still hard. Pay attention to the small details. It could make or break you.Also- not quite sure what the fuss is about when it comes to the buttered noodles. They were dry and bland.The cheese totilone is good. I'll give it that much. But again, the zucchini needs to be cooked thoroughly.

I love noodles and normally don't complain. Except today I was very displeased. I spent near 50$ to have some noodles dishes delivered to me via grubhub. One of the dishes was a very small portion and cold. The other dish was cooler in temp as well and it was missing the chicken. I love noodles. I hope this doesn't happen again. ?

I love Noodles and company and I think their food is great but... The last time I ate there, was 8-18-23, my friend and I just wanted a quick bite to eat so we had takeout. The noodles were very under cooked and very hard you could barley bite them. Not only this but I have visited here before and got treated absolutely terrible. The employees are very rude towards you and do not communicate well. As well as they barley even put any noodles in the bowl they give you mind you I get buttered noodles in a regular bowl so I'm paying for more noodles, but it is not worth it because they don't fill the bowl up. I get that the service industry is high in demand looking for people working and stuff. About a month ago I waited with a friend for more than an hour for food at 7 pm at night!! And when we asked about it they said it was just sitting at the counter and it was cold when we got it. All they said was that they were sorry which is fine but I received cold food... Anyways if you want to go here I would definitely recommend going somewhere else that is worth your money and time.

I used to come here very frequently. Since COVID this location has produced significantly lower quality food and service. The quantities are smaller, the flavor is poor, and more mistakes are made in orders. I’m not sure if it’s due to staffing issues or noodles and company as a whole company, but the overall experience has worsened over the past few years. I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. It’s really too bad, I used to really enjoy their dishes

This is the absolute worse service Ive had ever 22min had to take togo food sat on counter for 7mins before i went to counter said take it togo now im late for a movie after paying $52.00 with a 15% tip they were only working on togo orders by the time i left the store i didnt want to express my frustration due to be late now. I ordered extra cheese got a sprinkle on mac with double steak also not doubled this was a complete let down thanx sooooo much i hope this feed back can help all of us because noodles used to be a fave, now not so much!
