Did an online order to pick up a pizza at the Menomonee Falls location. I had to order online because they never answered their telephone. I had three toppings and when we got at home we didn’t notice until we got it out of the oven, that it was missing one topping. We looked at the receipt and it showed our one topping, green peppers, had a line through it, and they wrote the word OUT on there. if they were out of the green peppers we should’ve had a phone call so we could pick another topping. Usually get good service, but this was a big disappointment. Also the fact they never answer their telephone is another irritating issue

I had a good experience one time here so I decided to try it again today. What a mistake! The kids running this place had no clue what was going on and there was no one in charge trying to fill orders. It was clear by the dozen or so customers waiting for their orders that nothing was getting done efficiently nor was there a sense of urgency among the staff to assist waiting customers. I waited 20 minutes for my online order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived and seeing no one was moving quickly to turn out orders and already late for an appointment, left the store without my order. I proceeded to call the store phone number listed in my order confirmation only to let it ring 20x before it went to a general answering service telling me to call again later. At first I thought since the store was busy, maybe they couldn’t answer right away, so I tried calling 15 minutes before close - same result. I won’t be back!
Tried this location again since the brookfield location closed. I did an online order and when i arrived my pizza was completely wrong. I asked the staff to remake it and it took a half hour for only one pizza and 4 staff members. I was the only customer in the sore. Management stinks.

Kudos to the crew who were polite, quick and efficient making me a fantastic pizza even though I came in 15 minutes prior to close on their high volume 10 dollar Tuesday. I was "that" customer, but still got high quality food and service.

I ordered a pizza for pickup at 4pm. I placed the order at 2pm. I arrived at 415 and there was nothing on the racks ready to go. There were probably 25 people standing around. It actually turned into a joke of "what time did you place your order?" Staff inside were turning walk-in customers away because they had ”too many orders." The staff showed no eagerness to work quickly nor did they offer any remedy or reason why there was a delay. I finally got my pizza almost an hour and a half after my order was supposed to be ready. I will NEVER be going back to this location. What a horrible experience for me and my family.

Placed an online order to be ready at 5 p.m. I arrived at 5:30 p.m. as they have a history of not having orders ready on time. It was not waiting on the rack so I went to the counter and was told they would start it now that I was there. I finally got my pizza 50 minutes late. People who ordered online or by phone so their order would be ready were all waiting while they did the orders for the people who just walked in first. I have been a loyal customer at this location for several years and have had to wait before but apparently this is a newer policy not to even start an order until the party is there. When I complained I was told by the kid handing out the orders that there was nothing he could do with no apology or acknowledgement. Not sure I will continue to patronize this location if they continue this policy and treat their regular customers this way.
