I had a bad taste in my mouth about PaPa Murphy due to the disgusting atmosphere of their blumound location which is now closed permanently I decided to take the drive to the falls to this location they did not disappoint the staff was very friendly the store was very clean I only had one suggestion please don't forget my extra cheese next time other than that everything was fresh and tasted great I'll definitely be returning

Placed order online on Friday Jan 12 830 AM. Big snow event happening. Planned on picking up on way home from work. Stopped by and store was CLOSED! Businesses around them were open and we managed to get to and from work. Slow, but manageable. No email stating business closed. No message when you call store that business was closed. It was not directly on the way home, but not miles off track. Then Saturday the payment for that pizza cleared the bank. REALLY? Called and they did refund the money to our account, but no compensation offer or apology given for Friday. Papa Murphy ya gotta do better. If the store is closed you have to have a way to let customers know that before they arrive to find you closed. Set up so you can't place online order or send customer email that store is closed....SOMETHING.Your pizza is great, but this was truly an unacceptable experience

Beware, they work on bar time. Thought they closed at 8pm, and it's 7. (Well, 6:45, actually, I guess. Told when I get to the counter they were closed, although sign still said "OPEN", and they were still making pizzas for another customer. Got back to the car to realize it was only 6:50. I wanted a pizza to take to my son who was in Children's Hospital. Won't return to this location. Go to the one down on Pilgrim rd if you want good service!!!!

Don't know what is going on at this location. $10 Tuesday today and place is closed for the day. Same thing happened two weeks ago and also four weeks ago. Not very happy when you go to get pizza and business is closed. Website indicates they will open tomorrow at eleven. Doesn't help me today.

In November I ordered several stuffed pizzas, not the first time, for a group of friends that came over. Terribly made. I sent an email to the store AND NO ONE EVER REPLIED. Now, I finally go back. Ordered online. Email reads pick up at 5:09. I get here at 5:15 and the kid behind the cash register tells me "at least another 25 minutes". I told him the online order system told me 5:09. He replies, sorry, I don't control that! Last time going here

I recommend the Papa’s Perfect for a great mix of flavors and value.The convenient location, friendly staff, and quick In-and-Out service makes for the start of a fun Movie Night or just a “grab dinner on the way home from work” scenario.
Excellent deal on $10 Tuesdays. I feel sorry for the help in Papa Murphy's because they are so busy and only had 2 people working.

We order pizza from this location a lot. Even when super busy, the staff is friendly and kind. Pizza is consistently very delicious! My favorite Papa Murphy’s for sure!

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers, it was consistently made (I've had it before), unfortunately there was hair on my Pizza which was disturbing (once I saw it I remembered no one had on hair nets and the women had long hair). We removed the cheese and vegetables from that section and added more cheese from the house to fill in the gap. The family enjoyed the pizza as we always do, however I couldn't get past the fact that there was hair on my pizza!! In the future I hope they put on hair nets when preparing my pizza. Next time I will ask to check it before I leave. This would have been at least a 4.5 if that didn't happen.Parking: Several, in a shopping mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking near the store.
