“My husband and I dined here for the first time tonight. We both had Hibachi dishes and the Gyoza as an appetizer. All were wonderfully prepared and delicious with very generous portions. Dinner includes soup and salad. Two drinks and this meal came to under $70, unheard of these days for the quality and atmosphere. Will be back!“
“The ramen was delicious. I give that 5 stars. But the wings were disappointing. Tiniest things I've ever been served. Barely any meat. I won't order those again... But the ramen was so good, I'll go back again for that.Wish there was more parking. Had to walk quite a distance from my parking spot to get there.“
“The food is absolutely wonderful. They have a very diverse selection and we enjoyed our selection so much, we came back the following day to try more. The staff is very nice and very attentive. We felt very well taken care of. From beginning to end.We will definitely be back.Thank you for a great experience.“
“Food was tasty and fresh. I loved it so much I ordered another bowl to go. I wouldn't bother with the drinks though. Just get the food.Parking: Parking is very limited and hard to get. I had to walk 3 blocks away. If you get luck there is like parking enough to fit like 5 to 6 cars by them.“
“I love this place. The best Japanese restaurant I have ever tasted. Friendly staff. House salad has awesome tasting dressing. Gyoza taste great, the sauce is not like other places it tastes wonderful. Tempura vegetables I get with their yum yum sauce. Crab Rangoon tastes great as well. Would definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly“
“We actually randomly found this place without looking for it. We were far from home and thought why not. We were very happy! The best choice we could have made! The hibachi grill Man was very entertaining and the food was awesome. We highly recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: They're really good with kids here“
“They use to serve 3 different juice options that have been out of service for yearsWheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is across from restaurant but there’s a median with stairs between the road and the parking lot. W/C accessible ppl will need to get dropped off or go around“
“This place has one of the more interesting rolls that I have seen in my life. They call it the monkey roll and it has banana in it. I really recommend trying that roll as I enjoyed it the most out of everything I got there. Besides that this is a very average sushi place.“
“This is a gem of find. Food is delicious and service is impressive. It was the trifecta of Bao buns, dumplings, and sushi. The bbq Bao buns were delicious and moist. The steam and pan fried dumplings had a fresh and flavorful filling. The sushi was also on point. This is the 1st time I've experience such great quality in all those dishes in one place. I'm already planning my next visit.“
“This was our first trip to this location (we usually go to the one in the 3rd Ward). We didn't know it was inside the Mequon Public Market but it turned out to be excellent. The service from Allie (sp?) was great and the food was, as always, delicious! I would highly recommend the Screaming Tuna specialty roll. ⭐️“
“Very hip space and friendly staff. It was easy to get a spot here for a weekday lunch, though I could imagine it gets busy for dinner. The moo ping (pork skewers) came recommended and were delicious, perfect texture and very tender meat. The Bermuda Triangle roll was very good though had a bit too much sauce. They have a kids menu with meals for only $6 and daily specials, including half off select bottles of wine on Wednesdays. Overall highly recommend and look forward to coming back!“
“Hands down the best Japanese/Sushi restaurant in Milwaukee area. They have the best Sushi and service. We were given a free desert today just randomly. Also a beautiful location it really makes it feel authentic like an actual restaurant in Japan.“
“I'll be honest. It seems the better a restaurant is doing, the more attitude they throw at customers. As awesome as the food is at Dumpling House, the service is getting less friendly. The Wonton soup is absolutely fantastic, but it seemed the server was put out by our just being there. Now, granted, it seemed that two people were running the place on a Saturday night, but that's not the customer's fault. Be a little friendlier, and customers will be a lot more understanding. Again. The food is great, they need help with service.“
“This is ONE AMAZING PLACE! The service is top notch. The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil. The food is outstanding. We were served with excellent. Our waitress was soooo incredibly attentive and accommodating. The food . . . OMG. . . absolutely spectacular. We had the beef, vegetables and Szechuan sauce and Kung pao shrimp. We got the spicy sauce and oh boy . . . Was it spicy! Loved it!!! Everyone needs to experience this hidden gem.“
“I can not think of a single negative thing about this establishment. They have absolutely delicious food, excellent service, and the hibachi experience is wonderful, to say the least. If you're looking for a quick lunch, or if you're looking for a full course meal, they've got you covered. If I could give more stars, I would.“
