We live in Waukesha, but always make sure we stop by especially for their scones, muffins, coffee, croutons, hoagie sandwiches, and this time some beer cheese bread!! Oh my, it was warm, and so fragrant! We appreciate the consistent good quality, and such a cozy atmosphere. Oh yeah we'll be back.....

Honestly, it’s unbelievable how rude the staff are here!I was completely shocked at how condescending and snippy they were with everyone. I started to order and got yelled at by an employee because the person at the register was new. Maybe there’s a better way to say that without screaming at a customer? Multiple staff members were incredibly rude. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will not be returning.

Cozy cafe with soup and sandwiches. The chili was terrific. My girlfriend has a turkey sandwich and she was happy with it. Reasonable prices. Cute atmosphere. Bring cash; they charge 4% extra for using credit cards.

Ran out of Chicken Wild Rice Soup after we had already ordered, when we asked for a refund they said they didn’t know how to issue a refund. They offered a bag of chips instead of a refund lol.

For our cozy little cafe, it has been a staple in Menomonie that we love and adore. I recently got a coffee and decided to be adventurous, so I went for the cashier's favorite. I ended up ordering the Mexican Mocha. It was spicy-good! There's a bit of cayenne, cinnamon, and smooth mocha for a sweet finish. I can't say enough how delicious their food and coffee are, especially their gluten-free wraps!Dietary restrictions: All of the pita options can come on a gluten-free wrap! Awesome for anyone who needs it!

I’ve never had such terrible customer service. Down right rude and condescending. When they made our sandwhich wrong I very politely asked it be remade and was asked to “pick the toppings off” I could also HEAR them talking negatively about us after we took our seat. Whoever runs this place needs to reconsider their staffing.

I stopped by the Acoustic Cafe when visiting Menomonie the other day. The atmosphere was quite cozy and inviting. My latte and roast beef hoagie were tasty and the service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for coffee and/ or a bite to eat!
This is by far the best sandwich served in the Chippewa Valley. Could use a touch more meat but very tasty otherwise.

Sad to say the sandwiches were terrible ?. One thin slice of cut-rate ham on dried out bread. Service not great, a bit rude and served our sandwiches to go although we had ordered in. I used to love this place. Seems like they cut quality pretty hard.

This place has gone to the dogs. I've been a customer for about 25 years and it has never been a bad experience until the last year or two. I came in 3 times this summer and each time the hoagie has been a dry, thin shadow of its former self, the big lady with brown dreads has been rude, and the place was almost empty. If you order a half a hoagie, you'll get a fourth, and there will be almost nothing on it. That awful lady will give you the feeling that you dared to enter her cafe, and then she'll go on to make the saddest war ration sandwich without apology or embarrassment. I'd actually like my 43 bucks back from yesterday when I ordered 2 sandwiches, a tiny soup, and drinks for my husband and child. The filling was pretty much missing and I wish I had taken a photo. I hope she didn't take any of the tip I gave to the nice young person who took the order. I won't be giving any more money to this Acoustic Cafe, and I urge others to save yourselves and eat somewhere else.
