This is the worst Arby's I've been to. I've gone multiple times. And almost every time I go I get old bums or old/cold fries. I would recommend driving to Eau Claire's Arby's.

Arby's has always had good food and the service was wonderful.
Called here three times over the course of months. Tried getting seating. No dine in.Done drive thru several times. Either the food was prepared wrong or was cold.Several times, the order was prepared wrong.Nothing has gotten better regarding this building. I am not coming here anymore.One, don't lie about your dining area open anymore. It's not open ever.It's not covid Era anymore. Stop lying. We want to eat in once and awhile. You have inconvenienced us enough.Two. Fix your food prep.Three, fix your order prep.Four, quit lying to us about the dining room. We all know you do it to reduce op costs and get home sooner.

Dining room is always closed. We called to ask when their dining room closes and they said 9pm. We went there the same evening and their doors were locked before 7:30pm. Nobody likes being lied to. At least four other familys pulled up the same time as we did and all drove away when they saw it wasn't open for dine in and they went to either Denny's or Perkin's across the street.
