I called and asked to order a cake. I was told “we don’t take phone orders” and was hung up on. This was at 9:30 AM, not a peak time.It’s fine to not take a cake order by phone, but hanging up on a customer is not OK. They won’t get my business again.

Worst experience. They told the kids to drive forward. They forgot about them and they ended up having melted ice cream and shorted product and wrong product. They hung up when we called for them to make it right

Ordered 2 chocolate malts tonight and they were horrible , huge chunks of chocolate hard chocolate, called to talk to them about the manager answered and said the kids know what chocolate to use , rudely said well I’m sorry never have I been more disappointed, no refund just the kids know what there doing waste of money , and rude!

We went to Dairy Queen at 12:45 pm for lunch between hockey games, and it was closed, when their hours online said they were open. Disappointing.

Least enthusiastic (nicest way to put it) DQ I’ve ever been to. You need to start paying these kids more so they actually care what they send out and how they are perceived by the customers. Or start hiring people who are fit for the job, not just because you need to get the hours filled. The workers look so sad and dead. Poor kids, I feel bad for them. Reading the other reviews makes it sound like the managing is trash too. Such a shame. I have faith in you.

Called about ice cream cake orders. They don't take them, just what's in their display case. Lobby's been closed for days because of staffing issues. Asked how can I see what they have available; can I be let in the lobby to see? Gent on phone said go through the drive-thru. Kinda rude sounding, and not very helpful. How do I see what's in your cooler in the lobby by going through the drive-thru....

They need to hire more workers. There's ALWAYS a long wait for the drive thru and it seems like every time I try to go inside the lobby is closed. Very frustrating.
