Received 2 Cold pizzas one my daughter found a hair in. The pizzas looked tossed around as if they were just not careful or cared. I ordered in advance and almost wonder if they decided to cook my pizza to early. This is the second time we have had an issue. After this one I think I will drive to ToppersUPDATE:Well tried again twice now. We had a long good run of well cooked delicious food but we'll the last two times now I have ordered from them (sandwiches the first time pizza the second) I have woken up the next day sick and puking.. I am not sure what is going on as the food taste just fine. Maybe a change in ingredients ?♀️ just be careful and if it happens to you well don't forget I tried to tell ya

Usually love all Dominos pizzas. Tonight we ordered a spinach with onions and banana peppers. However, we were very hard pressed to find any spinach on the pizza. We did find a few green flakes that we thought might be spinach. But come on - if spinach is the #1 Ingredient, you should see tons of it. So, In the future when WE order it again we’llstress they had better be spinach on the za.

So the store itself is nice and inviting. Clean and well maintained. But unfortunately, the quality of food you receive here is just downright unservable. The back of house employees were kind and understanding to remake an item for my order, but the manager has no customer service skills to their name. They were out of dough and several toppings and couldn't make many items to begin with and the items you did get were just poorly constructed. I kid you not, this might be the worst quality dominos food I've seen in a WHILE. Ultimately, this falls to the manager to train and operate their team effectively. Do better!TLDR; Don't eat here. Like for real. Go to any other dominos. You know it's bad when they keep a "we're sorry for your order" coupon ready at all times.

I ordered for a birthday party over the app for a later pickup, got called 30 mins before the order was supposed to be ready and was told that they didn't have items for over half my order, I should've just asked for my money back then but I picked substitutes instead. Arrived a few mins before it was supposed to be ready, when the app said it was done is when I walked up to the counter and asked for my food. The woman who took my name then vanished from view. It was 15 mins later when a male from the back came up and helped find all our food, which was placed all over their holding rack. When we got home the kids ate food and told us it was gross, and an adult told me their bread bowl was raw on the inside. I called to ask for a refund and they said we had to bring the food back to the store. Once we drove in the snow back to the store we were told we couldn't get a refund cause we didn't bring back 100% of the food. We explained that kids are the food and told us but thw manager just held her hands up "the owner said I can't if 100% is not returned". Never getting food from here ever again.

I'd give a zero for competency if I could. Ordered first by phone for pick up. The girl verified the address so I knew I was calling for the Menomonie location. I wanted to make sure because it was obvious that I was calling a call center. I ordered 2 med pizzas for pick up and she told me it was going to be close to 28 bucks. Due, to her accent, I didn't catch the exact total but I questioned "shouldn't these be about $5.99"? She said ohhhhh...you want the mix and match for 6.99. Yes! Yes I do want to save 13 bucks. She then confirmed the order and said it will be ready in 20-25 min. I go to pick up and there was no order. The girl at the counter said ya..that sometimes happens when you order by phone. Really? I then told her the story, told her specifically that I want the "mix and match" (because you need to say that or you get charged double) and that it should come to $14 something. I told her one med pepperoni and one med sausage & mushroom. She said it came to $14.75. Sounded right to me. When my order was up, they only had one sausage and mushroom pizza . She said that I ordered one pizza. How can you mix and match with one pizza? Frustrated for wasting my time on what was supposed to be a convenient meal tonight. Every time I go there it seems to be something. This one pushed me over the limit to finally complain. Do better Menomonie Domino's.

Food was fine, it usually is. But I tipped 30% for delivery only to have to drive to get my order from the wrong house. Watched the tracker stop at the wrong house. Called immediately and said hey that's not even close to the right house. Employee didn't seem to care lol this isn't the first time something like this has happened with delivery. One time I had to go to the store to get my entire order remade! I wasn't watching the tracker, but I checked my neighbors houses and couldn't find my order. So I had to go in. I just can't with this place anymore.

So when you call to order you dont get connected to the store you get connected to some call center not in this country. Then i get told that delivery is not available to my address which i have had 100's of pizzas from this store deliver to me.This pizza place is getting worse and worse. Its also reminding me why i stopped ordering from Domino's.
