Absolutely horrible customer service! Waited for our online order for a few minutes then its ready & instead of handing it to us the forced our 3 boxes & breadsticks into the pick up box and then we couldn't barely get it out because it was crammed into it. The guys at the counter was short with a rude smug looks on their face and just leaned over the counter doing nothing & lets not forget to mention the unsanitary, unprofessional and unpleasant dress code!!! Nobody wants to see your underwear or butt crack because your pants are falling off!

Placed an order today at 5:39 pm was told it would only take 15 minutes to get ready. Got here it would be another 10 minutes. Been here since 6:18 pm checked on it to be told it's going to be another 10 minutes, and they haven't even started it. Food was finally ready at 7:04 pm. Won't be back for a very long time again. Got home to find my thin crust is burnt. My stuffed crust isn't cooked all the way and the crazy bread is old. Smh they refuse to refund my money too.

Customer service Is horrible... will never step foot into another little caesars again because of this one store... continent how there policy changed the day before I come in according to the store manager about charging extra for different things and when I asked about it the lady the night before had an attitude from he'll... funny when other customers in the store contact me personally about the situation and tell me to call... so I did call the next day to talk with the manager and he blew me off about the situation just repeating that there policy changed the day before I came in... would not recommend they will do whatever it takes to add a little cash in there own pockets... they don't care about the customers... one of the worst places to eat in menomonie wi...

The staff working here was so helpful. They were only taking online orders because of staffing, but even with being overwhelmed, they got our order done quickly. The woman who gave us our pizzas admitted they accidentally made our thin crust a cheese instead of pepperoni and gave us a coupon for a free pizza before we would have ever noticed! Truly doing their best over there!
