Stopped on the way through the state. Went inside, ordered food to go. Got in car, and my kids meal with nuggets was missing the nuggets. Went inside and staff took care of it. But come on...it's a chicken nuggets kids meal...how do you not put the nuggets in?

The staff is always courteous and will make sure that you get everything you ordered. Locally staffed by college students and residents of Menomonie, it always feels like everyone knows someone, including you when you walk right in.They will make any order you give them (within reason, of course) and the customization available will appeal to all picky eaters; even vegetarians can dine with a variety of options. They are also quite serious about keeping the store and lobby as clean as possible and there always seems to be at least one person sweeping the floor or wiping down tables.Vegetarian options: Overwhelmed by the number of burgers on the menu? No problem! You can simply ask that the burger patty be removed and customize it to your liking. Granted, no vegan patty is available, but that doesn’t stop people from ordering their cheeseburgers without meat.Dietary restrictions: Not sure what something is made of? Have a food-based allergy? While there are still risks involved, the staff will happily answer your questions to the best of their ability and will go out of their way to ensure that they’re food is as safe to eat as possible.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant comes with an attached Playplace to let your little ones wear themselves out running wild. Simple computer games are provided for those with quieter children and the staff is very kind to kids, talking with and treating them as though they are an adult themselves.

Absolutely slow for fast food. Very disappointed I had to wait over 20 minutes for FAST FOOD. Staff were sitting around and not caring about the service or the door dash folks who were sitting and waiting as well. They didn't seem busy. They need new management.

Everytime I order a 2 cheeseburger meal with no cheese and extra pickles, there is no hamburger meal, they only do it for one of the burgers and leaves cheese on the other one.
