Took over 7 minutes for someone to come out of the back to help us. They were severely back logged. 5 people in front of us waiting on food. Not one person came out to clean tables. Half of them were dirty.
Had a handful of issues with this location but nothing that really stopped us from coming. Tonight however was ridiculous. Ordered through the drive thru and when handed our drinks there was no ice and they were piss warm. Husband had to go in and ask for new drinks to which the woman working just stared at him for a moment and said they were out of ice. He asked if he could just refill himself and she said yes and the drinks were cold when he came back out. Not sure why they...read full review

Placed a online order app said 15 minute wait. When the app said the order was ready I went inside to pick it up nothing was in the pick up area. I waited 10 minutes for an employee to come out of the back. She told me it would be 20 minutes because KFC just opened 40 minutes later every other customer that was waiting got their order most of who came in after me.
