Love this place! Cassie (the owner) is beyond friendly and an expert at explaining the menu and options. She’s got you covered for so many aspects of wellness and fitness goals. This place is amazing. I don’t know what I did before I discovered it. Cassie is the most genuine and caring person and she is so invested in helping her customers achieve their health goals. Not to mention the shakes and teas are UNMATCHED in flavor and they’re healthy ?
