UPDATE: I am happy with the solution and understand the troubles of email traffic making its way into the wrong folders. They reached out and corrected the issue within 24 hours of seeing my review. Ordered a coffee roaster which shipped promptly and arrived in one day since I'm over the border in Illinois. There was an issue outside of Burman's control with the roaster and after I told them about it they quickly found a solution and in no time I was roasting my own coffee.
