This was my first time trying Falbo Bros Pizzeria (they have a few locations around the Madison area but this location was nearest to me). As of now, I believe they have a Groupon available so if you want to try this pizzeria I'd encourage you to see if they still have a Groupon available. I ordered a medium stuffed pizza with garlic, onions, and artichoke hearts for pickup. You can build your own pizza or choose from the creations they already have put together. The medium pizza was pretty big and in my opinion it was reasonably priced. The plain stuffed medium pizza is $18 and then you pay for each topping you want. I ended up paying $26 before the Groupon for quite a lot of food. I was satisfied with that aspect. The pizza is not bad but nothing to write home about. If you're craving some deep dish stuffed pizza it's not a bad option by any means. My biggest complaint would be that the pizza was a bit lacking in flavor. The fact that I ordered the pizza without meat may have contributed to this, but generally I would have enjoyed a bit more of a flavorful sauce (I think that would have brought it all together). In the future I would consider picking pizza up from here again because of the price and convenience of the location. It really wasn't bad but I don't think I'll be yearning for it again anytime soon.

Ordered and paid for about 20 pizzas for delivery for our shop lunch. They never showed up and nobody answered the phone when we tried to figure out where they were. Absolutely terrible business that we will no longer order from.

Hard NO. The pizza arrived black. The bottoms of the calzones arrived black. That's OK - we're actually not uptight people. I should say we order from the Park St. Falbo's all the time, and love it. However, in calling the Middleton store, about 7:10 or so ("I just got here"), I have never been treated like such garbage in my life. The guy, apparently not the manager, was yelling at me (my family was there, and witnessed this all), told me he's "taking a call from a real customer, you're [I'm] just blathering on," told me if I wanted a pizza "you gotta come pick it up" (a bit later, told me the manager was apparently on delivery, so I'm SOL), and a host of things I'd rather not go into. Insane. The very simple thing I wanted was, you know, an unblack pizza. And it would be awesome if we had it delivered, because we chose "delivery" on the order. Follow-up:. I was told this store was owned by "corporate", and that the best contact would be from the Falbo's website, if at all. Believing like an idiot the company gave a d?*n, I relayed what happened. Nothing. Now I know where precious got his training in "customer interfacing." Finally, after enough screaming invective, I told the guy I'd be contacting the owner. I knew the owner of the Park St. location and wasn't aware this was under different ownership. The employee immediately yelled "Oh really? Who's your FRIEND???? Who's your BUDDY????? Is his name Ted? Is his name Ted???? Because that's the only owner here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And it went from there. My family heard everything. Unbelievable. Won't be back.

Used to love to get pizza from Falbos but last two times were very disappointing. Pizza stuck to the cardboard box, had weird tasting sauce. Not sure what is going on but may avoid this place for now

Wow. Just ordered two pizzas, tater kegs, bread sticks, a calzone, and cheese sticks. $75.00. I picked up the order. I got a burned on the outside, raw on the inside calzone. Both pizzas were under cooked and the dough still raw. Missing toppings on one pizza. I called the store and they told me all they could do was offer me $30.00 off my next order. Thanks. Never going to order from them again.

Gave the driver a $5 tip. Opened box and pizza toppings all had slid to one side. Called falbos they offered to send another one but it would be another hour. So didnt get immediate service for their mistake. Bad customer service. I declined and took the free pizza some other time but im not going to use it. Im just never going to falbos again.

Ok, I have given this place several chances, but each time, I order a pizza, it comes burnt on the bottom and cold. The toppings are sparse to say the least and over all, I've had better pizza's elsewhere.

Had a deep dish pizza last night, and within two hours I was in the bathroom, and several times later. don't know if it was the pizza or poor hygiene from who made it!
