I’ve never been to this location but have always experienced amazing food and service at all the other locations I’ve visited. Sadly, after ordering online and arriving 10 15 minutes later, the line was long with only one person making sandwich’s. I waited expecting my food to be available soon. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes I asked at the counter and was told that it would be done asap. 20 minutes later the person making sandwiches finally asked me what order was mine and started making the sandwiches though he was doing his best to be fast it was another 10 minutes and the sandwiches were finally handed to me, unbagged and left to me to fulfill the rest of my order. The food was okay at best. I will not be using this store in the future as it appears that the staff is not being supported with enough staff or trained to effectively manage the store when it is busy.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I live in West Madison and go to this location all of the time. The people that work there are always friendly and they make my order quickly and accurately. I also order pickup on the app all of the time and it's great. There have only been a couple of times where I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready yet but they were super busy with customers in the store..understandable. I also had a big work event the other day and ordered a giant party box the night before that feeds 30 and it was ready to go when I came to pick it up the following morning. It was perfect. I also love going into the store and hearing different music..one day I came in and they were playing metal, cool. Anyone with life experience that has worked a low paying food service job knows how much better the day is when you have good music to listen to. I think the problem is how impatient and uptight some people in Madison have become. Our world moves so quickly now everyone expects everything at the snap of a finger and if it's not exactly in line with what they had envisioned they throw a fit, relax. Order your sub, wait a minute, they'll call your name and you'll be on your way..pretty simple.

The Middleton WI location is the worst! From saying they don't deliver to you(even though you are 1.1 mile away) to closing and locking their doors during normal operating hours and everything else ridiculous you can think of in between. OMG, THE WORST. Go to Waunakee, you'll be way better off.
