The baristas are kind and helpful for the most part, and I always feel welcome. My one issue is that there was a really loud beeping noise/alarm going off about every 10 minutes while I was there. I was trying to study but ended up having to leave because I couldn’t focus.

Much like any business the staff working make or break the experience, this location is no different. Fortunately I generally come in when Latavia (permission to post the name was granted) and staff are working. I say fortunately as I have always been greated with smiles and kind service when the aforementioned members are working. Moreover I have always received perfectly heated food and as requested coffee when I've stopped in making this a top notch experience that enlightens my day.Personally I've found that when I'm craving my caffeine fix I tend to find myself yearning specifically for this location despite the added time to arrive as other locations don't seem to be as consistent with my order despite my order being fairly consistent.Last but not least this location is open later than others, this is perfect for myself and others who prefer a later point in the day to awaken.So I hope that Latavia and staff notice this review and give themselves a pat on the back for exceptional service. I also hope anyone reading this is currently and continues to have a fantastic day.-Iam GhosT

Its Starbucks, you know what you're getting. Baristas are chill, it does get pretty busy during lunch on the weekdays, lots of teens who are kinda loud.Vegetarian options: You can get any drinks with alt milk, make sure it doesn't come with whip tho. also they have some food items without meat like the tomatoe mozzarella sandwich, which is a favorite of mine. They also gave little fruit and cheese protien boxes in the front which are good. Not a lot of vegan options tho.

I keep ordering black coffee and even when I say “no sweetener” I sometimes get sweetener. How does a coffee place not know what black is? I contacted customer support, was informed they would send some compensation… never happened. Don’t go here for 5 dollar plain coffee because it seems to be too complicated and there is no customer support.

Amazing service when I went. I went at a slow time , so I ordered , and by the time I was done saying my order , the barista had already made it! And she followed my special instructions perfectly. 10/10!

My favorite starbucks location by far! I come here every morning and am greeted by all the amazing baristas! I order a latte and a cappuccino, the drinks are consistent and delicious. I LOVE the staff - they’re always so friendly & welcoming! My in store pick up order is always ready when I come in to get it without fail and every time I visit the drive through, the baristas are kind and have quick service, the line moves very quick! Everyone at this location deserves a raise❤️

Ordered medium cappuccino & discovered about two thirds foam..Later ordered a second cup of coffee to go with the foam. Service was super friendly by a single employee covering the counter & drive through. Quiet inside on a foggy drizzley evening.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk level straight from parking lot

Wow. Came to sit for a minute and study. There are 6 people behind the counter! All I can say is that they are acting like a bunch of 10 year olds, except the gentleman. He actually said that 2 of them shouldn’t work together. It was clear that they were training someone who prolly will act like the rest of them after being trained. I’am hearing stories of stuff not being cleaned and eggs being stuck all over the machine and how “gross” it was. One of the “chatty Kathy’s” sounded like she was crying. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. It was loud and continuous. I finally figured out she was laughing! It was the most annoying thing ever! In the time I’ve been sitting here there were 2 other customers sitting whom looked like they were studying also. They both just got up and left. If I had to take a guess they were as annoyed as I was. Granted this is not a library, but the staff are very unprofessional to say the least (again not the gentleman). As nasty and as sticky as my table is right now, someone should be doing a better job of cleaning. Not sure who runs this place, but I think 6 people are not needed. I saw maybe 6 customers come in from the time I got there. I’ve been here about 30 minutes plus. I would of gotten more coffee, even maybe a sandwich, but couldn’t bear to sit there any longer.Was the coffee good? Yes.Were the egg bites good? Yes.I would of gotten more.
