This place gets insanely busy during "rush hour" times. I haven't ever used it, but I've seen cars at the end of the drive-thru line wrap all the way around to near the store entrance. That line may move quickly though. The inside of the building will be packed with people waiting usually for mobile orders, expect to wait around 20 minutes if it's crowded.Outside of peak times it's pretty standard. The inside is generally clean, and the staff is friendly. Sometimes mobile ordering isn't available for some reason, my theory is that it's too busy to keep receiving orders. I wish they stayed open later too, they close pretty early now.Parking: There are maybe around 20 spots total available in the entire parking lot? But these are shared between Starbucks, Five Guys, and Mattress Firm. You may have to wait to find a spot during rush hour.

Don’t go through the drive thru if you don’t have 30+ mins to wait. The line is usually extremely long and wrapped around the building. Getting your drink/food takes FOREVER.

This Starbucks is absolutely ludicrous, I ordered a Pike roast per usual and I needed a stopper but the baristas were too busy making drinks and completely ignored me when I had asked for one, so I tried to grab one from over the counter which was too far away and I almost knocked over the other drinks trying to get one; and I was already late for work and didn’t want to bother the poor baristas so I left without it and it spilled on my leg on my way to work. Is there a reason it’s so out of reach of customers? I don’t see any other store doing this, it’s absolutely ridiculous, most of us don’t have time to sit and wait to catch the attention of a busy barista. I’d like to have a talk with corporate and see some changes here…if you want to keep your customers…

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff are really nice and I leave with a smile every time I go there, which I can’t say about pretty much any other fast food/coffee joint. Plus, despite them being crazy busy, they’ve always had my order ready at or before the expected time when I order online.

Disappointed with the decline in service at my once-favorite spot. Consistently receiving watered-down coffee instead of a proper Americano. Sadly, this has become a regular occurrence.Not Recommended!

I went yesterday, and there was too much cold foam coming out of the sides to the point my lid wouldn't fit on. I parked my car and went inside to get a new coffee. The older women helped me was so incredibly nice and got me a new coffee right away and offered napkins. Thank you to the person who went onto my account and refunded me some money. I didn't expect it but appreciate it. Happy New Year!!

So this Starbucks is really great for me since it’s close to my job but the service is far from great…wait times are ridiculous for just one coffee I’ve had to sit in the drive thru for almost an hour, what the heck is manager doing????? And also I’ve noticed every time I come in the straws and coffee stoppers are always out of reach for the customers so we have to ask the baristas to grab one?? Ridiculous trying to avoid this place almost everyday

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are the slowest, least friendly, and most unorganized coffee shop I’ve encountered. Sadly this wasn’t a one time experience. We live nearby and avoid this location at all cost even though it is extremely conveniently located. Every time we give it another chance we are disappointed. On multiple occasions we have had to leave without our food because they were so slow. I’m talking over a 20 minute wait. This is location is stain on the Starbucks brand.
