I thought Superbowl Sunday would be a perfect day for the $5 footlong cookie, but they didn't have any. Thank goodness for the amazing service, and plethora of coupons that come in the mail. We didn't need the extra calories anyway. :)

Allen blvd is the subway I always go to due to really kind workers at the location, unfortunately tonight while eating my sub I felt something unchewable in my mouth and when i got it out i realized it was a small plastic circle.The sub tasted great otherwise but having plastic in it definetly set me slightly off which is unfortunate since normally theres never any problems with this location.

This subway location is horrible. Customer service is their weakest point. No greeting. They seem irritated that they have to do their job haha. The girl with black hair has a horrible attitude.

Always great Service at this Subway. I'm still bummed about my over roasted chicken breast sub that was cancelled. I ordered this sub for decades everytime. I order a #30 this time around and it did not disappoint. Plenty of protein. Delicious.

Danny is amazing! She is attentive, friendly, detail, oriented, and extremely efficient! She took on an entire lunch, rush on her own, without getting flustered, and kept a smile on her face, the entire time, all while still greeting every customer as they came in the door. The sandwiches are delicious, but this location's service excels!

I'm not usually one to complain, but they got my order wrong enough that I'm going to. Ordered a BLT online with onions and cucumber. Got the sandwich back to my desk at work, and the BLT had bacon, lettuce, onion, and spinach. I'm not even sure how that happens.EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the owner reached out to make it right. Thank you! I will try it again in due time and will update the rating as needed.EDIT 2: After the initial order, I ordered from this location on a few separate occasions, and my order has been made well and as expected. Updated ratings to 5 stars.

The girls aren't doing proper hand hygiene while making subs . One girl was digging in the veggies with her gloves but then answered the phone and did something on the computer , all with the same gloves on and reached back into the food. Mine as well be making the sub without gloves. I work in food service and nursing. So yea, def cringing to watch. I asked for the girl to put on new gloves before she touches everything else and she got upset. I wasn't rude about it. It's common sense ohsha laws. That's all I'm saying

Extremely messed up to have one worker taking care of the whole store, and an untrained worker as well. I asked for bacon and not toasted sandwich and she put the cold bacon on the sandwich, when I asked her to heat it she rolled her eyes. Then she started making another sandwich for my friend and instead of yellow mustard she put honey mustard and tried to pass it off as fine. Also, SUBWAY vinaigrette is NOT the same thing as the MVP Parmesan so you guys have to change that on your online ordering. Not even remotely the same ingredients. Y’all need to train your employees. 0/10

They don't have a connected phone for some reason? Ordered food last night, my sub was made wrong. They also didn't have the cookies I wanted so I had to substitute them which was fine. But today I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go back to this subway because their phone is disconnected therefore I couldn't call in my refund. The man working wouldn't remake any of my food and only gave me a $2 refund. He did not care that the phone wasn't working. And told me if I wanted to speak to a supervisor I would have to drive back tomorrow morning because again...their phone is not connected. Also he wouldn't give me my receipt back because I could "scam" the store. His words. Even though if I really wanted to "scam" the store I could use my email receipt or my subway phone app. Stupid Subway.

Waited almost a full hour for an online order after the 20 min period because they stuck some poor kid with the dinner rush all by himself. I also witnessed a bigger man bully his way to the front of the line while I was waiting for my online order to be made, which probably wouldn't have happened if the young employee wasn't left alone.

The employee misbehaved with a racial slur, threat me, and finally said "get out of my store". I can not believe that this happened here.
