Villa Dolce is a consistently wonderful experience. No matter what day of week, or week of year, the service is impeccable, the bartenders are talented, the food is amazing, and the overall experience is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!!

Sweet little spot for a sweet little dessert. We stopped by Villa Dolce for dessert after dinner at a nearby restaurant. The little storefront space is cozy and tidy. There's a little bar where you can order a drink and food from the menu, or eat a sweet treat from the showcases - and they a few wineries seats too. Service was friendly and swift.

Best pizza, pasta, salads and gelato ever. Amazing place to go and would recommend them to anyone.

Our recent visit was a huge disappointment, unfortunately. It was supposed to be a BD celebration, but was pretty much ruined. The food is good (except for their pizza) but the service was poor.Upon being seated, we noticed the music was very loud, so we asked our server to please lower the volume. Her response - "I am not sure we can".When she came back to bring our drinks, she did not mention anything about it so we asked again if the volume could be turned down. Her response: "They already did".I pointed out that the speaker was right above us, making it hard to hear her and each other speak. We asked if they could turn it down even further. I am not sure if she answered (possibly, but I didn't hear). Then walked away. Not only did the volume stay as is, but she never mentioned anything about it anymore. It was after 7 pm on a week night, so it was a total of 3 tables with guests (ours included). They could have moved us to another table if turning the volume down was that difficult so we were not directly under the speaker. Had we not had a table full of dishes at that time, the 5 of us would have moved to another table. Also, we were hoping that they would eventually turn it down.I am not sure what was worse - the volume or the choice of music! What initially sounded like pop music, giving you a dance party vibe or a 2:00 pm "let's bring the energy up" in the sleepy office (rather than help you enjoy a glass of wine in a relaxed Italian restaurant atmosphere), ended up being covers of well known, iconic pieces, that were completely ruined by the pop-interpretation (think Eye of the Tiger, Man Eater, etc.).It was just a bizarre selection of music, being played so loud, we could not hear each other and did not enjoy our time. We chose to go somewhere else for dessert. Also, the waitress started taking a plate that still had food in it away, so I had to tell her we were not finished yet.I think we will chose a different place for dinner next time.Vegetarian options: Not a large vegetarian selection, but there were 2-3 items on the menu.

Our go to special occasion spot for last 15+ years- great to see same faces over time , owners and warm ambiance. Food always top notch and Villa Dolce will always be connected to so many landmark events for us. Special place in our hearts- so fun to span generations as our kids start their own families!

We had a lovely dinner on a Saturday night; I had the Capellini Balsamico and the mister had a meat lovers pizza. Both were fabulous, and the chicken I added was a very generous portion of grilled tenderloin. They have a nice cocktail menu with creative drinks and the service was outstanding!

Good foods and drinks, staff was very pleasant. Restaurant itself is a little crammed and loud due to people being so close together. Hard to have conversations unless you are right next to someone

Villa Dolce is phenomenal. From the best espresso martinis in town to the best pizza in town combined with consistently fabulous service-they have it all! We love coming here for special occasions, date nights, and of course the crème brûlée. They have many delicious, unique craft cocktails, excellent pasta, pizza, and desserts. You don't want to miss this family owned Middleton gem.

I ordered Cacio e Pepe with the shrimp add-on. Nothing was right about this dish. First off, never do the shrimp add-on option for any of the pastas. It was $12 and I got exactly 4 medium sized shrimp - total rip off. And the shrimp were rubbery and not seasoned. Second, "Pepe" is right there in the name but there was barely any detectable pepper. I had to ask the server to bring a pepper grinder to the table and add some to the dish. Third, the sauce was far from the silky pecorino romano cheese sauce one would expect. I would say it was more like a cheap alfredo sauce minus the garlic. Finally, and most unforgiveable, the pasta used was angle hair spaghetti and it was very overcooked, no texture. Cacio e Pepe should be made with bucatini, or spaghetti chitara, or some such other hearty and toothsome noodle. This dish was a total fail.
