Good food and super friendly but waited almost almost an hour for our 2 subs. Ordered online when i came in people that were waiting in line got there food before anyone else’s mobile order.

Great customer service, but they gave me a FROZEN bean patty. That is disgusting. They weren't even busy. Not happy. I'd rather drive over to Sun Prairie to get proper cooking.

$18 for a medium sub sandwich and a drink. Sandwich was all bread with hardly any toppings. Drink tasted funny and threw away.

It's ok but the menu is too complicated. Some customers can be seen staring at the menu scratching their heads in confusion. I used to come here to this Middleton location more often but have stopped because it got pretty dirty. The yellow awning out front is moldy and there has been a terrible sewer smell when you walk in. Not just a onetime thing it was my LAST two visits. I think they've given up or just don't care anymore. I will say though that they did have a pretty good Ruben which is tough to find at a sandwich shop.

$20 for two 7" mediocre sandwiches and two regular drinks. I had the Philly cheese steak which was ok. Nothing wrong with it but it definitely wasn't $10 meal good. My son had a turkey and cheddar. He said it was ok as well. I doubt we will be going back. I would be more apt to eat here if the food was cheaper, but as it sits, I'm not impressed.

Really odd experience there this afternoon. No other customers in the store during my order. A couple came in for a pickup which was ready as they walked in. The two young guys working seemed to be in some sort of passive aggressive feud hoping the other guy would do the work and make my order. Waited 20 mins for a simple sandwich while one guy kept popping into the back room and the other one standing around. Food was horribly overpriced at $12 for a medium sandwich.

This is a covid review and I would give 4.5, but not allowed anything other than 4 or 5 points. I like the smaller menu and the new options are nice to see. The person behind the counter was polite and very chipper. It felt like they were training a couple new people at once the day I stopped. Not bad service by any means. Took longer than expected.
15$ for a small sandwich and a small pop, got hamburger sub... Wished I went to taco bell next door and saved 10$... First time and prob my last

So much better than Subway! Wish we had one in Rice Lake. Staff was wonderful food was excellent and the exclusive flavor of mtn dew was worth the trip!

Used to love this place. They've completely changed their menu so more confusing than before. Showed up at 7:45 pm on October 20, 2021. Open sign on, hours on door state they're open until 8pm. Door locked. People inside, workers behind the counter so I knocked on the door to be ignored. Called and asked them why the door was locked. Was let in and the woman behind the counter yelled at the guy that she had locked the door. She waited on me and was so rude. The management at this place needs to be watching their staff a little bit more. Not sure I will ever be back.
