To say it’s become my new healthy habit is an understatement it’s a part of my lifestyle and I absolute love being able to go to 4one4 with it being so close by to my internship.

I tried this place out for the first time today and loved it! The owner is so sweet, personable and helpful, she helped me with my order and everything. Along with that the place was so cute and cozy, a very welcoming vibe. I got the turtle cheesecake smoothie and it was bomb, so yummy and good portion for what you pay for. Definitely recommend!!

Katy is the best small business owner. If you're looking for an environment like Cheers but with protein shakes and teas instead of beers, you've walked into the right door. Personal service with a staff that is genuinely interested in conversation with each and every customer. Lest I forget the delicious offerings. I can't rave about 4one4 enough and I truly believe it's one of Milwaukee's must go to locations. The owner is super friendly and with one conversation with her you quickly discover how passionate she is for 4one4 nutrition. She always shares what shakes are new and gives an awesome explanation of what's in them and the flavor profile. The building is small, but there is some seating if you decide to chill by yourself or with a couple of friends!The shakes here are out of this world! This is easily my favorite shake shop in the Milwaukee area. The shakes are unique, delicious, and healthy which is really everything I look for in a shake. Honestly, I can't hype these shakes up enough. If you haven't been to 4on4 yet you are really missing out on a Milwaukee gem. Every time I come here, I leave with a giant smile and a mouthwatering shake!

They also provide great insight when you're stumped about what to get. The prices are fair. Depending on your budget, there is something here for anyone. The drinks themselves are delicious, especially for being protein shakes. The selection of flavors is fantastic and the ability to customize your drink makes each drink feel individually yours. There are options for those who want to experiment, or those who want more established flavors. This isn't some powder in a shaker; it is a healthy alternative for those who have a sweet tooth. Being pet friendly only makes me want to come more often. I brought my dog, who is a bit nervous, and everyone was respectful. The staff and patrons gave him space and let him become more relaxed. My dog, Pancake, and I will definitely be coming by more often.

The staff is also super friendly and pleasant.The place has a cute vibe for the small space. It gets the job done. Various tables to sit while you wait or enjoy your beverages. A mirror for pictures or fit checks and a backdrop for insta worthy pics of your bevy. Now the bevys themselves. I love love love the teas. My favorite is the Mango Breeze. It's the perfect mix of hydration + energy after a sweaty morning workout. It helps keep me going without crashing. Now I'm not a huge shake gal but I tried the key lime pie shake a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. I would definitely get it again. They have an expansive menu so there's literally something for everyone. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask, they are more than happy to make it for you or offer the closest alternative.

I love that you can add boosts to your drinks and I also love how knowledgeable and kind the owner is. Whatever questions I have are answered and she is very passionate about her products and and business. Whenever I go in I feel welcome and my day is always instantly made 10x better because of the vibes and delicious drinks. The cinna toast crunch is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. Banana nut bread is a delicious classic. 11/10 recommend. I would go every day if I could!!
