I just joined a once a week bowling league here. It is a smaller bowling alley with a nice old school vibe, but I feel like the lanes could be better maintained as I’ve seen balls get stuck a few times, and the guy at the shoe rental could be friendlier. Also parking is very limited so I’d allow yourself time to find street parking just in case.

the cashier guy was very rude and was yelling at us and acted very annoyed I tried to calm him down but that didnt work he ignored some of my family that was with me it actually was about 20 plus people we were all together then on top of it he just started adding extra people on the screen for us to bowl and when I went back up there he got really angry it was a wait but we played other games etc while we waited he was such a bad cashier we left after playing 2 games and he never tried to help us resolve the issues we had and we spent over $150 due to how many of us there were and we spent money on all the games outside of us bowling buying food and drinks the bartender was rude to we will never come back here again.

Rudest man in charge of bowling. He acted like us wanting to bowl was an annoyance to him. We asked to be placed on the waiting list and he said it would be 45 minutes. We came back after 30 and he angrily told us we missed out spot. Next time we went for bowling at south shore bowling in Cudahy. It was so much better and the music was great.

Zero stars if possible. Rude cashier, we left before bowling because of his attitude. There was no public bowling due to an event taking up all the lanes, which was not on the website but a small sign on their door next to ten other signs. He yelled "didn't you see the sign?" even though there were already a ton of signs. Never going back, they missed out on new customers and we will never come back.

Originating from inner city Chicago, I've struggled to find a suitable setting for well-rounded entertainment. I write this review after many months of visiting now, because I had a beyond fun and affordable experience tonight. I'd like to highlight an employee - Philly - for really implementing new policies since we've been in. We honestly would have left, considering the new atmospheric approach for the bar setting. Amazing approach toward policies and confrontation. Point black, this spot is ideal for people traveling, locals, and those looking for an accepting environment. Modern music with jukebox app access, drink specialites, pool tables, billiards, milwaukee style cracker crust pizza, vibrant crowds, and beyond amazing staff!!

Definitely a hole in the wall kind of bowling place. It’s super cheap for bowling and the staff is great. It’s smaller so they can only do so much and it does get full on the weekends. Regardless - the staff always have smiles on their faces and seem like they genuinely enjoy the job.

Checked out bay view bowl and man was it busssyyyyy. I think due to the Christmas break and people being on vacation resulted in it being so packed on a Thursday. I asked the worker and he said it usually is not as busy. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back because it was great fun! The three stars was due to the bartender not being the friendliest and the lanes had some issues with them. I would go here if you are looking for a fun activity to do!

Nice place, but the staff are incredibly rude. Whoever was organizing the bowling 11/25/2023 at 7:30 was a complete jerk. he quoted the wrong time to us, yelled at us when we arrived, and then refused to give us a new time slot for bowling. As long as this man is working at this location i recommend you bowl elsewhere.
