It's been a while since I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Truth is I reluctantly stopped there when our preferred option had closed a few minutes before we arrived. Anyway, the wings were tasty and the service was excellent. My main resistance to restaurants like BWW is all of the noise. It's a loud place and I hate being surrounded by TV screens. Each to his own, but not my style of dinning.
Tried to visit this location to watch a UFC fight on a Saturday night. We waited to be seated. They told us we could sit at the bar. Had a group of 3 people all above the age of 21. All valid IDs. And the GENERAL MANAGER was trying to say that none of us were of age. And we’re questioning our birthdays. Trying to say my significant other’s ID was fake because of numbers on the ID. But it’s also a brand new license. I just find it funny that a General Manager was starting an attitude with us. And then went the length of pulling out his own ID to “compare the numbers.” When his license wasn’t even a newer one?

Worst dining experience my wife and I ever had.Took over an hour to get two small orders of wings and fries. No urgency from anyone to make it right. Food was cold and service was pathetic. Could go on and on with more examples of embarrassing moments and behavior…If you wanna come here after or before your flight outta town, don’t.

Terrible service! Extremely slow and almost non existent. We’ve had to get our own waters, walk around searching for silverware and napkins, go to the bar to get drinks. Watched my beer sitting at the station for 8 minutes, only to see it delivered to the wrong table. It was returned to the bar, puttered into a new glass then brought to me. I would somewhat expect this service if it was busy, but it isn’t at all. Tried to order drinks one last time, placed bets at the table on how long it would take, 14 minutes, and they were sitting waiting to be delivered for 8 of those minutes. Terrible experience!

Whoever the Karen is working the front counter was extremely rude and snatched the bag out of my friends hand after she said she didn’t want one of the items. I get she was having a bad day but personally as someone that’s worked in this industry she needs to stay back in the kitchen

Place wasn’t busy… slow service. We got cheese curds and we got maybe 10 curds for three of us which was $7 and the traditionalwings were okay but the boneless wings weren’t the best. Waitress didn’t really come over much I sat there without a refill on soda until she came back and we were done eating. I won’t be back in Milwaukee again nor that Buffalo Wild Wings.

Spent over$150. For family, the service was good the beer was Great....the food tasted like it was under the heating lamp wayyy too long, very rubbery and tasteless.
This Buffalo wild wings is a complete joke. Do not go here if you don't need to. It's spacious, but the staff is unfriendly and not caring of your order. Lots of miscommunication between doing the ordering in person or on the app.Felt like we had to wave down our person multiple times and they would ignore us just to ask for napkins or water. I was itching to go by the time we had the food served and just desk it wrapped up. Even the wings themselves were mislabeled. Pretty sure we didn't get the full order .That's how uncomfortable it was dining at this place. The saddest part is we've experienced this a year ago and We wanted to give it a second chance and this is what happened.
