I would strongly suggest not getting anything from here. I placed an order threw drive threw they couldn't hear me. Completely messed up my order there phone is disconnected. Ordered a big fish meal with lemonade. They didn't have lemonade. They gave me a spicy big fish. again don't order here they should be shut

They suck I ask for a number 1 whopper meal this has no cheese unless you ask for it I be Damm if they didn’t put cheese on the sandwich yes they suck because they don’t listen and sounds like they don’t care about there job

I placed an order online through Google, it was very easy and convenient, but when I got to the store I was informed the shake machine was broken, and they couldn't refund me. They said I'd have to work it out online. The only option online was emailing BK, so I did. I got a response quickly, they said they couldn't refund me either but gave me a $10 coupon towards the next purchase. I replied that we hardly ever eat there, so coupon isn't enough. No response yet, so we'll see.If you can't refund online orders, it shouldn't be possible, because they certainly cannot guarantee the full menu at all times, at every location. At least my sandwiches were made correctly, that's one of the issues that has driven us away from ordering at BK more frequently.

Terrible, are order was way off sat in the drive thru 17 minutes when we finally got to the window the drive thru person was talking on his phone took are money and we still waited another 5 minutes gave us our food no sorry for the wait ,have a nice night nothing was said after the exchange please please please avoid this Burger King at all cost!! P.SOur Burgers were cold as well as the fries

They removed items from my burger that I paid extra for and put every item on it that I asked them not to, got my drink wrong, and didn't give me the rest of my food.
30+ minute wait for food, no ice, no ice cream, no carbonated drinks, the lemonade a friend got was foamy... only good thing they have going is the attitude they have. They were all still very courteous to customers amongst the chaos.

Says it closes at 11 got there at 10 on a Saturday and it was closed this why I never go to places in the food mfs close when ever they want to… might as well shut down for good.
