We arrived with a party of four for Sunday brunch, (which looked great, as advertised) a few minutes after the brunch was scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m.; several tables were empty. We were initially told a 20 minute wait, then, a minute later staff changed the estimate just given to a two hour wait. We got a drink at another casino bar and waited for a call. An hour later we checked. Still empty tables, but we told there were 12 tables ahead of us and it could be another hour. We saw many other disappointed people. We left at 2:00 p.m., 4 hours later, never having been called. Shame on Potawatomi! It looks like the advertisement of Easter Brunch was just a ploy to get people to the Casino, with no intention of offering a brunch to most who came.

My server DEVONTA was amazing he was 1 of 2 servers in the restaurant & he KILLED it! My host ROB was patient & excellent as well. Their customer service alone makes me want to return! My only suggestion is more meat options that are not pork but overall I will definitely be coming back a third time to check out the BREAKFAST BUFFET & enjoy more items from the NEW menu!!

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning. Omelette was made to order and perfect. Excellent hash browns. Nice and crispy on the outside. The young lady serving the table was awesome. Great smile and personality. The only down fault was her Dallas Cowboys jersey. J/k Go Pack Go. We will definitely be back.

Fast service for my carryout order. Took it to my room and found that they forgot to include my English muffin and my over easy fried egg was a solid hard yolk! Hash browns were standard fair with no catchup included in my carryout bag. The bacon was flavorful and thick cut. The sausage was fine. Both would have benefitted from a little degreasing with a paper towel before they were packaged up. Wasn't a great way to start the day although I've had many good breakfasts here over the years and service has always been friendly.

Food is so delicious and inexpensive. Portions are huge and Bloody Mary's are awesome and full of all the goodies you'd expect. Service can be lacking at times due to being understaffed or time of day you go. They always apologize for anything that takes too long and will be there to check on you to see if you need anything extra. A little hidden gem you wouldn't expect
The 5 ⭐️s was due to our experience with Miss Penny, she made our omelets, not only was that one of the best omelets we've ever had, her customer service, smile and overall being was top notch! She made our experience at Canal St Cafe one to remember.We were told it would be a 15min wait while the tables were cleaned. We were told to sit and would be called, after 3 different people walked up and were seated we were finally seated.The rest of the food was ok. We may be back if Miss Penny is cooking.

Here in Wisconsin a few days for the first time and with family. It's been great. Just got home in Florida. Late afternoon on Saturday (the 16th) my brother Jim and I stopped in for the very first time. We were to have a late lunch then head to the casino . The entrees were very good. A chicken ranch wrap and a Burger. We enjoyed it. But what we enjoyed the most was our server ESMERALDA. She was very professional, very personable and truly an asset to the restaurant. We loved talking to her about things. This visit here on Saturday was another memorable visit. Thanks again Esmeralda!! It was a pleasure! Best; Dave and Jim

Experience started off well, server was nice and friendly. All 4 of us ordered the Ribeye steak and shrimp. The bean soup came out first and it was delicious. Our steaks were horrible. All 4 were over cooked, grizzly and dry. 3 shrimp was also over cooked and dry. The waiter asked if we all wanted a box for all of our uneaten steak and we all replied no. We then spent the next 45 minutes staring at our uneaten food waiting for our check. He didn't clear our plates nor return to our table during that time. It was not crowded and there was plenty of staff. I wouldn't recommend.
