Sooooooo delicious. Waitress is very humble tended to us in a motherly manner. Atmosphere humble and warm . It felt like we were in our grandparents home for home cooked meal. I will go again. The price is worth it.
Of all the other authentic Mexican restaurants to go to in the area, This is my number one go-to. Price is relatively fair, for what you get out of it. Always ask for hot, and verde sauce to go, before you leave. Will have you going back for more...

Chilango Express has a streamlined menu of freshly prepared offerings. For point of comparison, expect it to be less greasy and more garlicky than the competition. If you want something different then order the consomme de borrego, the lamb soup, which has chickpeas, cilantro and carrots in it. I will come away from this place dreaming about their corn tortillas which are fluffy and soft, yet grilled. Clearly home made. The dining room is sunny and colorful-- the prices, friendly.
