Cute patio area with a ton of seating. Inside was also nice with all the wood. Coffee was terrible. The cold brew was watery and didn’t taste like coffee at all. The caramel sweet cream was ok, but honestly sbux’s sweet creams are better. The white mocha just tasted burned. Did not get any actual food, but their options did sound good!

I had a berry smoothie with protein in it, it unfortunately wasn’t the best especially for it being $8. Your best bet is to stick with the coffee. Other than that, it has a great location and a lot of seating to offer both inside and outside. Great place to study, bring your dogs, or meet up with a friend.Parking: Parking lot is usually really full.

Came here on Tuesday morning, no lines. Waited twenty minutes for a large oatmilk cardamom honey latte. Went up after the 20 minute mark to ask for a refund because everyone after me had already gotten their food and drink. I was informed I could still get a refund, they apologized as they were having a sticker issue. My drink was in my hand a minute later. Thankful for the refund as my drink had zero flavor and was not enjoyable. This is not the norm when I come here but it was dissapoiting for a nearly $8 drink. Had I not gotten a refund I'd have been doubly disapointed.

Love a good coffee shops. This location is very unique. The old pumping station, that has kept a lot of the infrastructure intact. It's a authentic view of some of some very impressive engineering. And the coffee part is pretty nice as well. Plenty of the usual drinks offering, and lots of seating. I ordered a London Fog latte. It was good, but lacked the typical foam head. Next time I will ask for extra. Will definitely stop next time I am at the lakefront.

We were on vacation and wanted to try this place. This place is gorgeous. There's outdoor seating and indoor seating. There have a good selection of drinks. Pricing was pretty regular. There was a lot of seating indoors. They were pretty busy. I ordered a caramel latte it was really good. Overall we had a good experience.

A fun place for coffee in an old historic building. Industrial style decor on the inside, and even though it was closer to close, the coffee was still fresh and hot. Their cookies are amazing.

While driving to our next Milwaukee sight, we were approaching this building and were trying to figure out what it was. We then saw the Colectivo Coffee sign. I wanted a coffee, so we decided to turn in. We found the last parking space available and headed inside. Once inside, we were met by wonderful smells of coffee and a good amount of people waiting on their items. We both checked out the menu and quickly decided on drinks. I went with the Smoked Vanilla Mocha, and my wife went with the Pistachio Matcha Latte. We eyed the pastires and sweets but opted out since we had just had breakfast. They all looked so tatsy. While we waited for our drinks, we browsed the coffee beans and decided to grab a bag. We were torn between two. Luckily, they had both available to try, and they let us try a sip of both. We then purchased a bag of Revel. They ground them for us, and by then, our drinks were ready. We grabbed them and almost walked out, but on our way out, something caught my eye. So we went to investigate. We went into the ajoining room from where you ordered. And we learned that this building has history and, at one point, was a water transfer station of sorts. Most of the stuff is still there, and you can see all of the machinery and such. They have labeled some of it and have pictures as well. So be sure to check this place out as it is really neat. This is definitely a place to hang out while you enjoy your drink or a place to come and get some work done. It was very busy, and there were lots of people chatting with friends, working, or just enjoying their drink and living life. Ok, so the drinks. My wife loved her drink, and she talked about it so much. So loved how she could taste the Pistachio and also the matcha. She loved the balance of both flavors. And I found my drink to be very tatsy. It was a nice blend of flavors, not too heavy on any one flavor. We would for sure come back hereband get these drinks again.

This coffee shop was an interesting place to come to. It is placed in an unedited historical building which is pretty cool. The building is sort of dirty, but I think that is to keep with the old feel of the building. There are a couple of different indoor areas to work and enjoy your coffee, and there is also an outdoor place to work as well. The place was very busy on Saturday afternoon when we went.Considering the business of the place when I ordered, my coffee was ready fairly quickly. Once I got my coffee, I drank it and thought it was good, although I am in no way a coffee snob like some people.I did not appreciate the flag hanging in the window, as it in no way added to the historic feel of the building - it would be better to remove it and allow customers to look out of the window instead.Overall, it’s a cool building to go to, the coffee is good, but the place was just a little weird.

The location and vibes of the place are excellent.Service is always decent. The staff isn’t unfriendly by any means but they seem like they are stressed trying to keep up with the insane amount of clientele that is here most of the time. The coffee here is mostly good. It isn’t anything that wows. But sometimes there are yummy seasonal flavors.Parking: Parking lot is tiny for the amount of people that go here. However, there is a lot across the street.

The pistachio matcha latte is maybe my favorite drink that I've ever ordered anywhere. The pistachio and matcha were both very present and made a perfect combo. They also allowed us to sample some of the days available coffees to help us decide which bag to take home. They were all delicious and carried the flavors they claim well. On top of the great drinks, the venue and ambiance were fantastic, with ample seating both indoors and outdoors on 2 levels. The employees were friendly and helpful. We are only in Milwaukee for 3 days, but I plan on coming back here!

As the weather is getting better and better (spring is here) and majority of the customers are out looking for a good spot around the lake view, I highly suggest this place for great coffee, tasty smoothies (which I hope they have more selection) and blended coffees. Let alone the healthy snacks they have to offer, I am all for it. The service is very good. Highly enthusiastic Staffs that are happy to take your orders , not rude. Just happy to be here again.Parking: Can also park at the nearby street side.
