Vomiting Hamburg.. I wouldn't go back even if they gave it away, they took away my glass half full and when I asked them for another to fill it up at the machine they told me I had to pay again... to avoid.

Food was good. Service was fast. I don't think I've ever seen an empty Culver's before so that was a first. It was relatively clean inside. My friend said one of the bathroom stalls in the women's bathroom was pretty messy though.

I ordered a curbside pickup. It included the custard dishes and just one small fry at 2:50pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 2:59pm and notified the store via website. By 3:20pm i still did NOT receive my order. So I again, texted via sms that I am, “here”. Still nothing. At 3:25pm I googled the number and called the store to tell them I’ve been waiting for a very long while. I was told,”it’ll be right out.” At 3:29 I finally went into the store to ask for a refund. The manager did NOT give me the refund that I requested. Instead he aggressively argued me down about how they didn’t know/see my order and forced me to take the very late food with no refund. It was a humiliating experience that the management took zero accountability for. The provided customer service was unsatisfactory.
I had a burger with just fried onion and ketchup and it was fantastic as always. My friend enjoyed his crispy chicken sandwich, too. The staff was very nice to us!Vegetarian options: Pescatarians rejoice! The fish at Culver's is always REALLY GOOD. I suspect that the fries are vegetarian as well. Not much else, but the fish is fabulous! They have cod and other kinds of fish. I think perch is one of them.
Today i went to Culver’s for a cod sandwich. When I got my order the fish was Luke warm. I went back in to get a new sandwich. The manger was going back and forth with me about it being cooked to order. Clearly it wasn’t if I came back in to get a new sandwich! After 4 minutes of the disagreement he finally throws away the sandwich and gave me another one that was barely warm. Don’t advertise something being cooked to order when it isn’t.
