Don’t listen to the reviews saying we must have the wrong location because we got the right location.!!! &I keep trying to give this place chances, because it’s so close to my house but food still shows up two hours late, cold,wings undercooked&sometimes I get other peoples orders or my order is incomplete. You go to the store, and none of the staff are happy or friendly. My food was so late today,I went to the store and was told they couldn’t locate the driver… I’m over this place.

Wish I could give them zero stars for service. We ordered delivery. They arrived and parked at bottom of driveway. Called me to come out to the street to get it. Proceeded to have me open the passenger car door and grab everything out myself. It was four pizzas, bread sticks and lots of sauces. I was struggling to get all the boxes out of the warming bag. She never helped me and then said oh and your sauces poured all over, just reach back and get them. Now I am trying to collect all the sauces while I am struggling to keep hold of the pizzas. I dropped the sauces several times again in the street as they were not in a larger bag or tied and just kept felling. I asked her how I was supposed to get all this in by myself and she just goes "oh, sorry." And continued to watch me struggle trying to close the car door. I asked if this is how they handle delivery and she said "sometimes." I am seriously shocked at their customer service and will never order again. Sitting in front of my pizzas was a bag full of cigarette butts. The pizza boxes reeked of smoke and had to be tossed out immediately as my house began to smell as well. I am a shocked that domino's supports this kind of customer service.

They do not answer the phone, I've spent so much of my life on phone calls that go nowhere trying to provide updates to an order before they drove out in a snowstorm, trying to get an explanation for why my order was cancelled, and trying to place orders! It truly is some of the worst customer service I've had, I am genuinely astonished that the employees are capable of making a good pizza when they are so clearly against doing their job.

Pretty surprised at how GREAT their service is. I see other bad reviews but I think they are posting under the incorrect location. Everytime I order, my food looks amazing and is literally steaming from being so fresh. The employees are very polite. I’m super happy everytime I order from this specific location. I don’t know who the manager is, but they are killin it.

this is for the Domino's on 71st Capitol Dr. I ordered 2 pizzas. I don't know why they feel the need to overcook the pizza. The cheese is burnt. This is the 2nd time there will not be a 3rd. I'm done with this Domino's.
