Our server Taylor took 15 min to greet us and to get water, 30 min to get our first cocktails, ordered a second drink and our server forgot about it, so that took 20 min. Birthday plans were delayed to how slow our server was. Didnt get tongs to serve our pasta flight. Food was great but the service was so terrible the whole experience was not worth it.

The food was great! However, they don’t have lasagna anymore, one of the three dishes right on their website picture. They were out of tiramisu to which our server made it sound like they almost never have it. Slightly disappointing when you are talking about an Italian restaurant. And if I’m being honest, for a place that you feel you have to dress up a little to go to. There staff was dressed a little down and had a significant amount of skin showing. With that being said, the staff was extremely friendly, and the food that I did eat, was delicious! Would go again.

Easily the best pasta I have ever had! Their house made limoncello was quite delicious as well. Their pizza was very good, the crust was amazing.Vegetarian options: I believe there was one vegetarian pasta dish.Parking: No parking lot for the restaurant, some side streets nearby to park.

Second time i’ve gotten food poisoning after eating here. I love this place & ambiance, but the pasta makes you sick!
Their "specialty" is pasta. Good flavors and you can even order flights of pasta in 3s. If you order one of their flavors, it comes in 2 sizes: the "small" is too small for dinner and the "large" is just too much. I wish they had just one size in-between. Limited selection of wines (but those on the menu are decent). Excellent service (at least when I was there).

Getting the pasta flights is fun, and they are pretty good, but it is definitely not the best pasta I've ever had. The atmosphere is also nice and can make for a nice date spot.

Drinks were good, appetizers were also good! The vibe was tarnished because I noticed a cockroach crawling towards my girlfriend and I had to kill it. Our waiter did a great job and was put in an uncomfortable situation because there was nothing he could really do about the cockroach.The pasta, I don't have much to say about it. I got the lobster Mac with some extra shrimp and it was a bit disappointing for the price. If you love carbs, im sure you will love Dorsia. Again, don't want to hate on this place, just had an overall mediocre experience because of the cockroach. It would have been a good experience had that not happened.
