I'm a regular customer and visited on Saturday, 4/20, with a friend whom I introduced to El Beso.After dining there (and leaving a tip on the dinner bill), I decided to order a cheesecake for my mom at the takeout counter on the way out. I paid by card and did not include a tip there, since we had just left one at the table. I looked at my bank statement today, and it shows that the staff have added a tip to the cheesecake bill without my authorization.I feel cheated (especially as I'm a repeat customer) and very worried this is happening to other guests.In addition, I had ordered my mom a cheesecake with strawberries. When I opened the bag, it was just a plain cake. I asked whether it was a mistake, since they offered strawberry cheesecake as a dessert option. They said "oh, I guess we ran out of strawberries" and left it at that. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere after this experience; the place has gone downhill since switching from the old El Fuego.

Explain how for 20 years I could order a half pitcher of Pitron and now they can’t do it? They can sell me cheap rail but not an expensive half pitcher??? Now we won’t come back. How did that serve you??

This is our go to place when we want fajitas! Their guacamole bowl is delicious. You are govern chips and red salsa once your seated. ASK FOR THE GREEN SALSA! It's really good When doing carry out, make sure you check that the order is correct before leaving. We have gotten incorrect items several times but still feel the restaurant has good food so as long as we check before leaving we are good.

I celebrated my birthday here the last 2 years with my children & Grandchildren. The food was delicious, staff was courteous and it has a family atmosphere... I was very pleased.
