Used to love this place and their Thai tea, they had the best Thai tea on the East Side. I’m not sure if they changed their recipe or something, but the last few times I’ve gotten the Thai tea in the last two weeks, it’s been super watery and tasteless, more like watered down milk than anything else. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back until this is fixed, which really sucks because I LOVED the old Thai tea and I’d love to keep getting it.

We tried the strawberry peach smoothie and Mango smoothie. The smoothies melted extremely fast, since the boba was so hot and it affected the taste. We'd also ordered and paid for 2 buns, but didn't receive them when the smoothies were ready. After I asked for the 2 buns we ordered as well, we were told that they were sold out. Also, that we should check the display on the side before ordering from the kiosk. This was our first time here and we weren't aware of this. I'd think that the kiosk shouldn't allow customers to purchase products that are sold out. Normally you wouldn't be able to add an item to your cart, if it's no longer available. She then offered to provide a refund, after I asked about the buns. I just don't understand why I had to ask in order to get the refund. If I didn't say anything, they would've kept the $8 and some change. Also, the tip is calculated by the total cost, so essentially the tip calculations are incorrect too; Since it factored in the buns we weren't receiving. Not sure why I even paid a tip, when Noone greeted us upon entry. Plus another patron recieved their order before ours, even though they came in after and ordered at the counter. Also, Noone told us buns we'd paid for were sold out, or proactively offered to refund.Just a hot mess. The second star was added because the decor is cute.

I discovered this place yesterday. Had amazing Bobba tea. Enjoyed it so much we came back today. We ordered the exact same thing two days in a row. However, this time the lid was not put on properly. The minute my boyfriend went to drink it. It spilled hot booba all over him. Tried to call to talk to someone and their excuse was that because it's hot they can't seal it. Then you shouldn't sell it. We had no issues with the cup not leaking the day prior. They did not apologize nor ask if he was okay after getting hot tea spilled on him.

Our favorite boba spot in MKE! Love that they offer no sugar, 30%, 50% sugar options, delicious toppings with many options, incredible variety of hot and cold drinks with all the flavor options! Yummy baked goods and tasty treats! The employees are very kind and helpful, too! More of a to go spot feel, but you can always stay a while and sit at their tables. Order in persxn face to face and collect rewards for each purchase 50 points is a $5 reward on a future purchase. If you use the kiosk you can't gain rewards. Enjoy!!!

I enjoy all the yummy pastries and boba tea! This is my first time I ordered from here and it was through Door Dash. Everything arrived in nice self designed handle paper bag that I will keep for future use and thoughtful packaging for all the pastries. Their honey dew melon tasted really deliciously fresh. They added just enough tapioca pearls that wasn’t too overwhelming. This is my new favorite boba tea!

Best boba around! Amazing options including Oreo topping! The fruit juices with jellies are also amazing!

First, if you want to use Yelp's 10% off, don't order via the kiosk. Learned that the hard way. I stopped in on a whim after dinner, I'm always hungry for boba! The shop is very similar, almost exactly the same, to UniUni in West Allis. Same cups, near exact menu, same ordering styles that offer a unique tailored drink to your liking. Unfortunately I didn't like mine all that much. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte with less ice and sugar and it still tasted like a milkshake. It was ok, just way sweet and I couldn't taste the matcha at all. The order didn't take long to make, so that was nice. However, there's a mystery service fee that I noticed after the fact. No idea what it's for, there was no signage recognizing an additional fee on orders. And while it's nominal, I'm still annoyed. I want to know what I'm paying for. It was fairly clean inside, bright and had some seating. But it looks like some of the decor could use a touch-up job. Little things that that make the shop feel a tad run down.

It's usually hard to find a place that serves flavor milk brown sugar without tea. So, I was pretty excited when I saw it was in the menu. I placed my order, and I didn't think I had to taste it before I drove off. Now tasting it, it has tea in it and tasted bitter. Pretty disappointed.

I've been craving boba for months after moving to Milwaukee, and I finally decided to get some at Elite Boba. Elite Boba is such a cute shop! Not only do they offer a variety of fun drinks, but they also carry a few pastries as well. I loved that they also have two kiosks that you can order at in case the front desk is busy (or if you just prefer to order there instead! I recommend to order at the front if you have a lot of modifications.). I ordered the lychee with mango and strawberry jelly and it was super refreshing! The heart and star shaped jellies are so adorable and tasty. I like how most of their drinks aren't overly sweet even if you opt for 80-100% sweetness. I'll definitely have to come back to try their other drinks, especially the panna cotta! (p.s. if you like kpop, they have cupsleeve events quite often!)

Love the location, this part of town was definitely in need of a boba shop! I visited right after they opened and had a great experience, the staff was welcoming and everything was timely. My most recent visit was a little disappointing as I didn't realize they had installed ordering kiosks off to the right when you walk in, so I was standing at the counter for a good few minutes and everyone was ignoring me. I finally saw someone else walk in, so went to use the kiosk but it was odd. The boba is always cooked through, I've had other local shops where it's hard. Little bummed they don't use the vacuum sealed style cups, the lids are a little finnicky and it does seem like an excessive amount of plastic.

I ordered delivery of smoothie and milk tea with both sugar free BUT the smoothie came with 100% sugar and milk tea with 80% sugar. I want my milk tea hot and you make it iced.

I've been to a lot of other boba places where the drinks are too sweet or the tapioca isn't fully cooked. Nothing compares to here. It's the best place I've tried so far. I live kind of far from here but it is definitely worth it. 100% recommend.
