We stopped in for lunch today on our way home. The food was delicious and we couldn't believe the generous portions. The bartender was very friendly and 30 beers on tap is always going to make me happy. We will be back again and again. Oh, and get the Reuben wraps

The food and service was exceptional; our waitress Jennifer was amazing, she was overloaded, but still had a smile and took care of everything perfectly; I had the cod fish and chips with the Reuben appetizers; large portions and cooked perfectly; next time I’m in Milwaukee, I will definitely eat here again!

Food was excellent. Even though it was very busy, our waitress did the best she could, she was awesome. They had two huge groups come in, and not enough help, but our waitress handled it. Really enjoyed our lunch there.

Huge variety on the menu. Big portions. Nice options for sides: pasta salad, raw veggies, sweet potato fries, regular fries. Quick service. Good hometown, laidback and friendly atmosphere.
For as much as people recommend it, I was not impressed. It's much larger inside than I was expecting but that was really the only positive part. My Grilled Cod was bland and not crispied up enough for me so I started eating my husband's breaded cod and though it tasted so much better, it was soggy. The fries weren't anything to rave about and the potato pancakes were over-cooked. The service was a little slow but attentive at least!

Sad to say wasn't thrilled with most recent experience here- I picked up a meal for my elderly parents on a Friday- we were here last summer and the food was very good so I decided to pick up fish fry to cheer them up- the fish was not as good as we remember, there was no tartar sauce, and the potato pancakes were hard- they gave only 1 syrup and no applesauce ( I had asked for both). My Dad was not happy. They seemed. Very short handed on help which maybe was the reason?
