I honestly have never had a good experience and I’m here often considering I live near by. Once had an employee make fun of the spelling of my name to another employee when I went to get my pickup order despite the fact I was still in close proximity.Came today and was told it was a 20-30 minute wait- I stayed for a short bit and then the employees proceeded to talk to each other about how they don’t understand people who come here and don’t turn around when they see that state of the place. I was ready for quite a bit of time and they were too busy loudly interacting with one another to even take my order at the minimum.

I used to love coming here but lately it’s been frustrating. I walk in today to be told immediately ‘ we’re only accepting online orders’ . Okay I get it so I go to order online and every single thing id enjoy ‘ the bowls ‘ were not available to order online at this location. On top of the store always only accepting cards that frustrating as well.So then I proceed to go to a different business in the same area as Jamba Juice and as I’m standing there I see the same lady from Jamba Juice who told me online orders only walk over to the business and hand one of the employees a smoothie bowl she then says ‘ here just because you asked ‘ . So as a paying customer I can’t ask for one as well and get it ! Because it’s sure not available to order online

My last visit wasn’t as pleasant I would rather have the young lady with the beautiful energy make my requests she brightens my day every time I visit this establishment where is she is there anyway she will be returning I would rather be served by her.I believe her name was Alex is there another location that she is in I recommend her to accommodate and fulfill my needs?

Jamba Juice is AMAZING and I highly recommend, they freeze your bowl or smoothie so you can go to Starbucks, come back and have a freshly made bowl or smoothie, I’m a regular and all the employees are so nice, and they make sure to get your order right (no matter how confusing I make it)
