Our order was wrong right off the bat, Horrible cuts of steak meat, it was basically all chewy inedible nasty grizzle.. The burrito wasn't good at all... the restaurant was way better.. this specific truck was parked off 16th by Bow street. Will never go back to that truck.

According to Busty Cake! It is more bread than filling, as it is possible to add a piece of chicken to a cake. That's stealing! 1/3 of the cake has meat, the rest is pure bread!!They want to lose customers! They don't want God to bless them! Why do sellers refuse to be prosperous?

Came here on the recommendation of a friend for our restaurant review. I had never heard of this place or their food trucks before so I was excited to give it a try. While the inside was empty, the service was stellar and I feel they probably do a lot more carry out business than sit down inside. I got the Cubano sandwich, regular sized and it was so tasty. The bread was crispy yet soft and the ingredients, especially the Mexican sausage, was fantastic! I also tried a few tacos that had good flavor but for me a little dry so I had to hit it with the salsa they provided and whoa!! It brought a nice kick of heat to it that really elevated the taco for me. I would absolutely suggest that if you in the mood for a torta, you check out JC King's!

It used to be good but they are stingy with portion,cashier didn't ask what kind of Chile I wanted in my tortas,asked for it she told me there was some in the bag, but it wasn't , poor service will never go back!
This is a new location and my neck snapped when I drove by because I didn't know this location existed. The decor looks modern and new with dark paneling, floors and ceiling so all dark. Service was great with the woman taking my order but I said I need a minute with all the torta options. The torta choice was the chilanga which is breaded steak, ham, Mexican sausage and melted mozzarella cheese. All tortas include beans, lettuce, onions, tomato, avocado and Mayo. I have been enjoying these tortas for years from the other locations and I'm glad to see this new one. Doesn't my torta choice sound delicious. The torta comes on a fresh roll that is not dense at all so all the amazing flavors come through. With the breaded steak and avocado this is one f#$king delicious sandwich. Seriously I have tortas all over and none are as good as this place and why it's the only place I go for a torta for yers now.
I came here last week to deliver a Door Dash to Shorewood. It smelled amazing in there! Today I came back with my daughter. They are known for their tortas but have plates such as enchiladas and flautas. We chose a Cubano. They have two sizes, chica or grande. We chose the chica. I'm glad we did because this thing was huge! It had its own twist of a fried hot dog, queso fresco, pork, ham, pickles, mustard, and mayo. They also have an array of fresh juices as well as awesome shakes! We had the strawberry shake. I'm so glad we found this place!

If you want to find the best Tortas, you need to go to this place. This my second time ordering food, first time I was with my son and I told him let me try this place out. So we went and bought food. I ordered some chicken tostadas and steak ones too. Then ate some chicken flautas, or taquitos they were delicious, yum. And a Horchata that tasted so good. Love it all, nice experience. The second time I ordered delivery yesterday night, The food I ordered was something different, but it tasted so delicious. I bought some tacos in a Basket, it came in 5, so good, rice with the beans, a steak burrito with the works inside, then I also ordered a steak Milanesa torta omg that tasted so delicious. Don't forget the sour cream and avocado on the side. They also manage to put utensils, napkins ,also sauces that I asked for in the bag. Thank you for your great and fast service. We'll be ordering again soon to sit down inside the restaurant or just order for delivery.
