I like going to this Jimmy John's because they have a drive-thru and are feaky fast. What I don't like about this place is they've gotten my order wrong the last two times. Each time they corrected it. I ranked this place four stars because the issue has been with the same individual and not the entire establishment.

Found a long nasty red hair on my food. After I bite into my food to make it even worse. I called to make a complain and they hung up on me. Horrible service. Never again. I will make sure to let everyone in my place of employment know, not to order from this location again. Very disappointing.

I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app and the handed my order off to uber eats, the driver did speak English and delivered my order somewhere else. I called to ask for my money back and the Manger was really rude, so I went to the location she than said she's the manager for a different Jimmy John's I will be speaking with the GM tomorrow as this was the worst service I ever received from this location

The delivery driver didn't call me when he arrived. I ordered around 1pm. The first time (1:19) I called they said the only have to drivers and it will be there soon. Fine okay. Im waiting on them...called again at 1:44pm asking them. Is my food coming because I am about to get off soon. Like, this was my lunch. First they telling me it's coming soon. So, I said you already told me that (this point I'm talking to a dude) can you call the driver to see where he is. The guy said "you want to cancel the order"...*"I just gave up man**I just TOLD YOU what I wanted you to do and your answer is to ask me if I want to cancel...you know what I do. Then a lady (manager got on the phone) she tells me it was already there and at security. She told me my notes told him to bring it to security. She hung up before I can verify that (because I'm sure that's not what I wrote). I called her back so it's CLEAR what I said in the notes...With read..."please take to security door. I will be there" I asked her do you not call before you drop off any...she said yea....so i said well he didn't do his job. I didn't know it was here or I wouldn't have called you. She apologized but didn't sound sincere. She said she would talk to him. Terrible service today. You guys are usually not like this.Looking at the receipt I ordered at 12:27pm. I'm just getting my lunch. At 2:18pm smh

My go to spot when I need a sandy on my way to work, never makes me late. Only complaint is that the app keeps giving me free chips, would rather just have a free

These scholars made my sandwhich wrong with greyish old . I called him to get the sandwhich made over. He hangs up the phone on me. Furious of course, I drive over and he tells me to leave. We waited for the cops. At the last minute he wants to make the sandwhich over for me. These guys barely get anything right. High school drop outs or something. Horrible customer service and hanging up on folks like you own Jimmy johns? Is crazy. I will never return to these imbeciles. Cousins is wayyyyyy better anyway. Please keep your veggies, meats, and bread fresh for the others

I asked for a couple of things I wanted for my sandwich, they completely ignored my request. I asked for extra mayo, easy on the lettuce and they could not do a simple request. The sandwich was so dry, it taste like they forgot to put any mayo on it, to begin with. They also charge so much for a sandwich but hardly put any meat on it. Jimmy Johns is overpriced.

Fast, drive thru. Sandwich very good with vegetables, cheese and ham on fresh bread. Really fresh bread at 7 O'clock in the pm.Vegetarian options: Lettuce, tomatoes ? onions, hot peppers, cucumbers
